  1. I just had a haircut and colour done by a local mobile stylist, which cost £150.
  2. Thank you, please detach the bumper and thread it through the sensor grommet.
  3. Hello, I want advice on putting underglow lights on my Series 1 E88. I need to access the battery from the back of the vehicle. Does anybody know how to reach it from outside the car? Thank you in advance.
  4. The rear wheels are typically broader in a staggered configuration.
  5. 18-inch wheels and tires will enhance ride quality, however they will never achieve limousine-level comfort.

    12-volt battery

I believe there is a human aspect involved. I lack evidence for this, but I assume it may be a combination of the two. I have seen individuals discussing the practice of leaving their vehicles unlocked, or passing by their automobiles at home while carrying their phones or keys, and experiencing very low battery levels. These factors induce the automobile to reply or poll, therefore using the 12v power supply. I am not asserting this is the explanation; nonetheless, I believe there is a combination of factors including software and hardware, however the precise ratio of these elements remains the significant inquiry. Currently, I am predisposed to believe that the human aspect may be the more significant component. Should mine be succesful, I will amend that assertion 🙂 It seems that if the primary battery's charge falls below 20%, it will cease to charge the 12V battery.

They are experiencing issues with the Niro, EV6, and EV9. I believe it is premature for the EV3s to signal their readiness. I believe that this issue is prevalent among electric vehicles in general, rather than being exclusive to Kia alone. However, I must concede that Kia seems to possess a considerable quantity of them.
  8. Could you upload one or two images of it?
  9. If your vehicle is in excellent condition and operating well, I would likely go with a seventh service. There is no justification for spending more funds when you deem it unworthy. A notable advantage is that you now have an estimate of the cost for the eighth service.
  10. Numerous things are involved; only you can provide an answer to that question. However, if you want to adhere to the service schedule, this should be its eighth; has it been overlooked?
  11. Did you resolve a similar issue? I too have water surrounding the fuse box on the right-hand side at the rear.
  12. Indeed, I was aware of the relationship; nevertheless, the issue is that, according to the Italian traffic code, all-season tyres must possess a speed rating that is not inferior to that of summer tires, which, in the case of the Mini Countryman, is Y. I am uncertain if the legislation differs in England... I would want Mini/BMW to avoid creating another issue; the concern of all-season tires does not pertain to me (17" rims...). I saw your response on a different thread.
  13. Moreover, during the homologation process, it is likely that all engines, including the JCW with a maximum velocity of 250 km/h, were taken into account to establish distinct speed codes.
  14. I shared a screenshot of the speed codes in Italy; the Countryman C specifies a maximum speed of 212 km/h, perhaps due to safety considerations that preclude a lower measurement.
  15. A higher speed rating enables a more durable and potentially safer tire; however, speed limitations vary among nations, such as Germany, and a business cannot alter the speed ratings for each nation.
  16. I maintain a tyre pressure of 36 psi for all four wheels, as indicated by the recommended value specified on the fuel tank cover of my vehicle. (However, the numbers provided are far lower than those for a vehicle that is completely loaded.)
  17. Regarding tire pressures, I just conducted my monthly tyre pressure check, which took place two weeks after a significant service performed by Mercedes. All four tires were 5 psi below the acceptable levels. One of the services offered is the inspection of tire pressures. Either all of them have had an identical decrease in weight over a period of two weeks, or Mercedes has wrongly adjusted their settings. 🤔 The likelihood of the former occurring is quite improbable. By the way, I verified them using two distinct devices. Furthermore, I saw in the service report that the status of the spare kit was marked as "OK". When did a spare wheel, which I really own, become classified as a kit? In past years, it has been seen that the spare tire exhibited no signs of wear and the tyre pressure was recorded. I have a suspicion that they did not make an effort to search this year. It is fortunate that I periodically inspect it. I am not reassured by the fact that the several other service tasks were completed thoroughly.
  18. It seems that they have made some errors in implementing recent website modifications. On some sections of the Stonic website, there is inconsistency on the power output of the MHEV variant, with some sources indicating 118bhp and others indicating 99bhp.
  19. Good luck with the sale. I believe including a few photographs of the inside would be beneficial.
  20. A brief examination of Skyscanner indicates that the cost of a flight from Amsterdam (AMS) to London Luton (LTN) is almost half the price of a flight from Amsterdam (AMS) to London Heathrow (LHR). However, it is important to consider the additional expenses associated with the travel from Luton to Chelsea. Additional information: There is a consistent Thameslink rail service available from LTN to Blackfriars, indicating that it is a feasible option.
  21. It is possible that the cessation of the regeneration process caused an increase in pressure, leading to the sensor being melted.
  22. Could the replacement of the swirl valves have also caused the issue?
  23. We just acquired our 2011 X5 40d M Sport only two days ago, and we have noticed that there is an intermittent engine light that appears and disappears. There seems to be an air/vacuum leak during acceleration, resulting in a little decrease in power. The pipe seems to be the source of the problem. Do you have any suggestions as to its identity or if it should be connected?
  24. My issue has been fixed, therefore I am posting again. Perhaps what I have to share may be beneficial to someone. I hope it is. It is crucial, in my opinion, to have a qualified automotive electrician using a genuine Mercedes STAR diagnostic system examine the automobile. When you engage in this activity, several revelations will become apparent. Upon inspecting my automobile, it became evident that there was a problem with the Overhead Control Panel (OCP), which is placed on the windscreen and houses the inside lighting. The Star system indicated that the sensor N70b1, which is responsible for measuring the temperature inside the vehicle, was providing a result that is not believable or logical. I infer that this indicates exceeding the established boundaries, namely a temperature of 65 degrees Celsius. According to reports, this had the consequence of significantly reducing the speed of CANBUS communications to a minimal level. It seems that this CANBUS problem was the root cause of all the other difficulties that occurred, and I can confirm that there were other issues. According to my expert, the communication system in the car becomes heavily congested, causing the CANBUS system to be unable to transmit any messages. As a result, error messages start to appear and various components may begin to malfunction, such as the Comand system turning off or the headlamps flashing, in extreme cases. The system experiences an excessive amount of stress or strain. A single remedy resolved the issue entirely - the substitution of the OCP. I purchased a pre-owned item from eBay and successfully handled any problems associated with it. (I previously said that the issue was repaired, but I am now experiencing a "light sensor" error. This error might be due to either a defective sensor or a poor connection. However, this error is the only problem I am currently seeing.) The key lesson I learned is to seek guidance from someone who is proficient in using the STAR system.
