The age of my automobile is less than one year. The dealer was unable to identify any issues, but surprisingly, the problem has not recurred since they had the vehicle in their possession. Additional problems have arisen - my spouse operated the vehicle and adjusted the seat to the '2' position (I typically use the '1' position since it is my vehicle!). The next day, I reenter the vehicle and activate the preset 1 seat position, but there is no response. It is ineffective for both settings. In addition, the dashboard visuals underwent a transformation and the clock displayed a time that was one hour ahead. I brought it to the dealer, who observed all the flaws. Upon returning inside, I provide them with the registration number. However, there is no vehicle registered under my name with that particular registration number. Last year, I was registered as the owner of a white Sportage. However, owing to several unsolved issues, I returned it and obtained this Blue Sportage instead. As previously said, this blue vehicle has been physically present in their workplace, but it is not recorded in their computer system.
