There isn't much on TV for car people these days, so it's great to see Top Gear back on the air. I haven't watched in a while because I was never a fan of the hosts, but I used to respect and enjoy Tiff Needell's commentary.

Given Chris Evans's undying love for automobiles, I've always felt it was a pity that he couldn't drive while simultaneously speaking and filming without becoming sick to his stomach. During Children In Need, I used to think he was great because he would auction off his "magnificent 7" Ferraris for a chance to win a drive, which was really generous of him and raised a tonne of money for the cause.
