Prior to addressing the engine problem, I would consult an expert. The recall of the EGR may be postponed.

The big end refers to the terminal point of the connecting rod, where it fastens to the crankshaft. However, the current situation remains speculative and requires further examination in order to determine the underlying causes. It is rather far for you to approach me, as I would have sought your presence.

This may occur when guides disengage, or it may be due to a worn-out end. It is important to get professional evaluation in order to ascertain the nature of the problem. What is your place of origin?

In my view, it is necessary to verify the timing chain before proceeding with any further actions. However, without directly perceiving the sound, one cannot be quite certain.

Prior to the filter replacement, the engine emitted a noise. However, the pressure warning has just emerged after then. The reason I am inquiring is because there is a little nipple located at the bottom of the filter that must be properly fitted to prevent oil from the filter housing from returning to the sump.

I am sceptical that it is connected to egr recall. Appears to be two issues to me. The level sensor is indicating the need to add oil, presuming that the level is accurate. Have you verified this by using a dipstick? The oil pressure problem may be attributed to the fragmentation of the timing chain guide, resulting in the obstruction of oil accumulation. When was the most recent oil and filter change? Further inquiry is required.

Interestingly, they relocated this feature to a separate bag for Gen-2, since it was integrated beneath the floor of the frunk in Gen-1. It's a little detail, but I am curious about the reason for the change.

I received a mail about a recall for the EGR. After having it serviced at Sytner BMW Cardiff, the vehicle had stalling issues upon leaving the garage, which improved as it warmed up but recurred after the car cooled down. I have reached out to both the garage and BMW customer care, but they have shown little interest in addressing the issue. I have had issues with Sytner BMW Cardiff and Newport since they do not hire technicians, just those skilled in using computers.

The automobile should come with a one-year guarantee as an authorised used car, in addition to your standard statutory rights. The £150 price you stated is likely for diagnostics and should be returned if no defect is found. This measure prevents unnecessary diagnostic requests that use dealers' time and resources. If you approve of the automobile, allow them to repair it. If you are dissatisfied, return the item for a refund if it is defective. Consider having the local Mercedes-Benz dealer inspect it before making your final selection.

I contend that contemporary automotive leather is always treated with a synthetic layer, rendering leather conditioners devoid of use. Regularly cleaning them is the most effective method to avoid fractures and other forms of damage, since the accumulation of dirt is the primary source of harm.

There is a label with a QR code on the B post of the vehicle, namely on the north/south side. Utilise your phone to scan it, and it will provide the precise whereabouts of the batteries inside the car. -
After extensively studying several sources on engine and automatic gearbox fluid (ATF) modifications after the break-in phase, I am now puzzled. Aside from the various amounts of ATF, there seems to be a plethora of contradictory information accessible.
-
It is quite unlikely that any motherboard would need an automatic gearbox fluid (ATF) service after the running-in time.

It is disappointing that no one has responded to my inquiry on this forum. It seems to be of little use.

Is it necessary to replace the timing chain on my 2013 X166 GL350?

If my financial situation permits, I would choose to replace it for peace of mind while the engine is removed. Having a Full Service History (FSH) would be a valuable asset when the opportunity arises for selling. -

It would be prudent to replace the chain while you still have the opportunity. What is the average annual mileage you drive? -

It is worth noting that Kia vehicles in the USA are manufactured in Georgia, where all their equipment is configured for left-hand drive (LHD) vehicles. This allows them to supply most of the North and South American continents. On the other hand, British cars are produced in Slovenia, where they utilize both LHD and right-hand drive (RHD) machinery, resulting in higher costs. This article highlights that the automobile sector is responsible for employing about one out of every 22 individuals in the United States. In addition, they have revamped their manufacturing facilities to enable the simultaneous manufacture of up to 6 distinct items on a single assembly line. The topic of the text is "The Decline and Resurgence of the U.S. Auto Industry" and it can be found on the website of the Economic Policy Institute (epi.org). -

Alternatively, their insurance, with an average cost of around $1500 per year, might be contrasted to the UK's insurance, which costs around £560 per year (representing a 30% rise from 2023 pricing). From a subjective standpoint, my spouse is of American nationality and my sibling-in-law (now residing in the United States) is considering the purchase of an SUV, after the total loss of their vehicle due to their husband's involvement in three separate accidents. One of the vehicles she mentioned was a 2014 Santa Fe, which she referred to as a "mechanics special". It seemed to be a good deal in my opinion. The 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited in North Charleston, SC, can be found at Stokes Volkswagen. The vehicle identification number (VIN) for this car is KM8SRDHF1EU038640. More information can be found on the website stokesvw.com. The varying opinions towards vehicles in the US are evident, since the majority of Americans see them as disposable commodities...
