  1. There is nothing else there that might produce that sound while being operational.
  2. I suspect the dual-mass flywheel has failed, but I will await more responses.
  3. I have just had electrical issues and, like you, removed and examined every fuse in the vehicle; none were blown. Upon reinserting them, I encountered an increased number of problems. I discovered that the blades of all the fuses had oxidised, resulting in incomplete contact, which caused a failure in the affected module when current was applied. The solution included removing each fuse individually and cleaning the contacts with emery paper. This rectified all my issues, and after erasing all codes, none have reappeared in the last two weeks. This may not be the source of your problems, but because it was a complimentary solution (apart from a little investment of time) for me, I recommend doing it first to assess its effectiveness. I trust this will assist you.
  4. The connection may have been loose. I replaced the bulb in my device with an LED, and the connection remained connected.
  5. The outcome is contingent upon the trim level. I own a 2022 Niro 3 HEV, which is equipped with a conventional light bulb. I believe a Niro 4 would be equipped with LED technology.
  6. The P146300 sensor indicating 'low fuel pressure and fuel temperature' has experienced a failure during the computation of fuel pressure.
  7. Before purchasing a rebuild kit, it is advisable to disassemble the master cylinder and assess its suitability for rebuilding. If there are any marks or damage in the cylinder's bore, it is not salvageable.
  8. Please inform us of the outcome and pricing. I am certain that others will find this information valuable.

  10. Greetings, everybody. I have been contemplating the idea of doing a facelift conversion on the second-generation R8, specifically focussing on the front, in order to rejuvenate its appearance. I am quite enthusiastic about the concept, yet I am also somewhat apprehensive about executing things flawlessly. Has anybody in this group have any firsthand experience with the Automotive Passion conversion or any kits offered by Parts4USA? I am interested in the quality and compatibility of these kits, as well as if they need any significant alterations. Additionally, where can I find the optimal location to get this conversion? Do you have any reputable merchants or stores that you would suggest? I want to ensure that I am investing in a high-quality product that will not cause any future complications. I would much appreciate any advise, recommendations, or personal experiences that you all may have to share. Thank you in advance for your assistance!
  11. Greetings The most advantageous moment to use the engine speed x is when the speed in the subsequent gear surpasses it, at this point the maximum engine torque is accessible. The range is from 6200 to 8200.

No, not really. It is quite improbable that you have never had a stone chip throughout the span of 20 years.
  13. The older 5.0L engines, up to serial numbers 11122107525, have M10x1.5 threads. Engines with serial numbers above that have M11x1.5 threads.

The vehicle is equipped with a diesel engine and has AMG design. It is difficult to provide a remark without having information about the distance or a related advertisement. In my opinion, I would not recommend purchasing a diesel vehicle in the present times, unless you anticipate driving a significant number of miles each year and doing lengthier trips.
  15. Just to clarify, the Pano Roof comes as a standard feature on all W/S212 E63 vehicles.
  16. Thank you, I will investigate it more. Thank you very much.
  17. Affirmative, I am capable of doing so.
  18. I just purchased a 2004 645i Convertible E64, equipped with a vehicle phone located in the central console. Will the device allow me to make and receive calls if I insert a mobile SIM card? Thank you for your question. I apologise if it may seem trivial, but I am certain that someone in this community will have the knowledge to answer it.
  19. I came across information stating that Subaru had used soy fibre in their wire harnesses at some time. Unfortunately, rats were very attracted to this material, resulting in the cars being inoperable. It is not unusual for even a little coolant leak to attract pests, who may be tempted to eat the leaking substance. If there is also soy wire present, it becomes a plentiful food source for them.
  20. You would need tools for the process of re-terminating. Have you considered purchasing the NO2 plug with tails from a breaker and then re-soldering it somewhat farther away from the injector?
  21. The new proprietor is concerned about noise regulations, and the sale of the exhaust system is now pending. Regardless, I will have the dealer remove it since I am unwilling to take any risks with independent stores.
  22. Indeed, it is regrettable that I have personally seen several instances of substandard work and negative experiences shared by individuals residing in the Bay Area on this reputable community that I rely upon.
  23. I am now endeavouring to get the exhaust system of my vehicle removed and restored to its original factory condition in order to prepare it for sale. However, why is it quite challenging to get a well regarded technician that has the expertise to service a R8 vehicle in the San Francisco Bay Area? I have come across many options, however there are individuals who have had negative experiences regarding each of them, either conveyed by individuals in this community or others in the Bay Area Facebook group with whom I have conversed. Garage in Silicon Valley David's Autoworks and HTL Motorsports If anybody has firsthand experience with JB Autoworks, I would appreciate hearing about it as I am now contemplating their services. I would appreciate hearing from those who have personally had their second-generation (gen2) devices serviced by any of these establishments and would want to know about their own experiences.
  24. In my 2015 v10 with 20,000 miles, the left rear area is excessively moist and has spilled fluid over the inside of the wheel. This has resulted in a noticeable change in performance. The remaining three items have never been exposed to water, however they do have a faint oily appearance in some regions. I have come across instances when Fidelity has only granted authorization for a single replacement. I am contemplating the extent to which the condition of my faulty device may deteriorate if I choose to wait for other units to have significant malfunctions.
