  1. The chain seems to be in good condition. However, while operating at that level of power, be attentive to any auditory disturbances and promptly make adjustments upon detecting any. Uncertain about whether you will achieve the suggested miles, although it is difficult to predict.
  2. Assuming that the total cost includes both the components and the work, this is an excellent deal. πŸ‘
  3. I saw a vandalised SLK vehicle listed on Copart's website. Both the front and back displays are shattered. Both items are readily available on eBay at a very affordable price. I verified throughout the auction. Attaching the front and rear screens on the SLK is a straightforward process that involves using bolts.
  4. Indeed, I believe they do. However, it is possible that I am mistaken.
  5. Extremely benevolent. Transporting an extra-long Viano may exceed your expectations. Additionally, there is the exuberant puppy weighing over 60 kilogrammes that drools on various objects. Hopefully everything will go well, but the "get me home recovery" option might be appropriate if anything goes wrong. Despite the previous occurrence of the AC compressor seizing and shredding the belt, I waited for their arrival for a duration exceeding 3 hours. Thank you, I will consider your offer.
  6. We depend on Google Maps to guide us in navigating our way through or around.
  7. According to my understanding, the closures will be in effect for the next two weekends, which means those weekends will be free for us. However, it is advisable to revisit the matter at a later time to ascertain the possibility of more closures. Will your alternative route remain effective if the M74 / M8 is accessible? https://www.glasgowlive.co.uk/news/glasgow-news/glasgow-motorists-warned-disruption-m8-29603898
  8. We will be departing for the Higherlands on Friday, August 30th. For a duration of one week or longer. We are unable to depart Derbyshire until 2pm, which will result in us passing through Glasgee somewhere after 6:30pm. The first night will be spent at Arrochar. I am enquiring about the probability of encountering heavy traffic congestion on the M74/M8 route towards the Erskine Bridge. I am considering the possibility of taking a substantial stop in the Borders and using the road at a later time. It would be advantageous to get to the Village Inn early enough to have dinner. On the next day, we may drive at a relaxed pace to Inverness, passing via Loch Awe and perhaps taking a few enjoyable hikes along the way.
  9. Yes, I have replaced the headers on my friend's vehicle, along with a new header gasket. I also changed the right side catalytic converter since the noise was only coming from that side. However, this did not make any impact in resolving the issue. I had anticipated that the problem was related to the exhaust, headers, or catalytic converter, and I believed that replacing these components would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it seems that the problem is more complex than first thought.
  10. If it is feasible, you may perceive a faint noise resembling an exhaust leakage, akin to a sharp rattle, when I lightly press the paddle. This sound becomes audible within the range of 1500 to 2000 rpms and ceases when I release the paddle. Despite disassembling and inspecting the intake, no issues were identified or resolved. I have thoroughly inspected the exhaust clamps and found no signs of any leaks. Additionally, I have examined and replaced the headers, including the header gasket. I have also inspected and replaced the catalytic converters with those from another vehicle. Despite these efforts, the sound persists. The sound is originating from the right bank and is audible on the driver's side (RHD).
  11. Greetings, Presented below is another video that I have created:
  12. The car model is C3. The vehicle in question is a 2012 C63 AMG with four doors and has been driven for a total of 73,000 km. I perceive a rattling or chattering noise, similar to that of an exhaust leakage or a diesel engine, whenever I slightly depress the accelerator pedal between 1500 and 2000 RPMs in higher ratios (4th or 5th gear), particularly when the vehicle is under load. Applying enough force to the automobile eliminates any occurrence of low RPM acceleration chatter. The constant sound emitted by this vehicle has become quite bothersome to the extent that it is the only thing I hear when driving.

    Locking the door

I own a Kia Proceed with a 73 plate. I suspect that it lacks an internal sensor, since no alarm was triggered when I encountered a situation when I inadvertently locked myself inside the vehicle. Despite my attempts to unlock the doors by manipulating the handles, windows, and central locking system, I was unable.

    Locking the door

I brought the key along, used it to lock the vehicle, thereby trapping my wife inside as she was unable to exit.
  16. After exiting the vehicle, I inadvertently locked it without seeing that my wife was still inside. She attempted to unlock the door and touch the central locking button on the dashboard, but she remained trapped inside. Is this occurrence within the expected parameters or is it indicative of a malfunction? It seems to provide a potential hazard.

    Illuminate

There are no problems or concerns in this situation.
  18. Children, that is an example of how not to do a stud conversion. Undoubtedly perilous.
  19. Inspect the fuses and measure the power outputs on the battery's distribution board.
  20. Based on the above information, it seems that the CAS is not activating the automobile when the key is detected. What was the recorded voltage of the battery? Have you inspected the fuses?
  21. Begin by checking the battery voltage and proceed accordingly.
  22. Cleverco, you rock! When it's ready, I will inform you πŸ‘πŸ‘.
