There is paint flaking around the wheel arch of a 2020 vehicle.

Not just my eyes! π΅βπ« It is unclear why it is peeling in that manner. I expected the liner to be made in black plastic. -

Is it the wheel arch liner instead of the metal sheet? -
Determine the length and breadth of the object at its base and 70mm above its base, then calculate the average of the dimensions.
-
The volume in cubic centimetres is calculated by multiplying the length by the breadth by 7cm. Please provide the measurements of the sump at its base.

I suggest using Brodit holders. Then choose from many choices to get the one you like. Here is one that is located beside the centre console. https://www.brodit.co.uk/

In addition, a 2013 automobile is included, and it is quite likely to feature the purple oil seals. Ensure that the PCV pipe on the left is properly positioned. It may also need renewal. The engines release oil mist from the crankshaft via the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) system into the turbo, causing oil to eventually leak from the turbo seal. The swirlflap motor is located just underneath these drips. Removing the batwing will allow you to thoroughly inspect all the items listed above including those specified by Darthilli.

Does anybody know how to repair chrome that is chipping off a grill?

I suspected it was plastic after I had already sent the message, which may potentially pose an issue. -

Simply bring it to a chroming factory where they will strip and re-chrome it, making it seem like new, maybe even better than its original condition. Multiple such establishments are often found in proximity to any major urban area. If the grill is made of plastic instead of metal, you may have a more specific issue. -
How did we manage to endure till reaching adulthood?
AmericaMonster replied to Thenornpo's topic in General
Regrettably, in modern times, someone must be held accountable. Children engaging in playful behaviour and encountering an issue is not an acceptable explanation. I hope the family may find closure and go on with their life, despite the enduring memories and suffering. During school days, we had a designated area where we would go without supervision and engage in shooting activities. We avoided accidental harm despite having access to ammo for weapons up to an 84mm Carl Gustaf. Occasionally, we playfully shot each other with air guns π. Times have changed. -
When dealing with significant differences in age-related issues like underbody rust, it may be wise to prioritise youthfulness. Consider allocating the Β£148 per month towards servicing instead of opting for a service plan and extended warranty. Diesel vehicles generally require less maintenance, such as oil changes and filter replacements, which can be cost-effective if done by a reliable local mechanic or independent Mercedes-Benz specialist. Opting for a diesel vehicle over a petrol one can result in fuel savings, especially for short journeys. Additionally, limiting the mileage on a newer car can contribute to maintaining its resale value. Consider the choice to return carefully, weighing the financial implications. Ensure that the older vehicle can be maintained long-term and seek a well-kept replacement. I wish you the best in your decision-making process, since reversing it may be challenging in the future. The reg would not add much value to the one you saw.

Icarsoft and other scanners may be valuable diagnostic tools, but if you do not plan on doing repairs yourself, they may not justify the expense.

I assume the person the original poster was conversing with was unaware that the product still had a portion of the 3-year manufacturer's guarantee remaining. When I scheduled my old C Class for investigation under the manufacturer's warranty, the service bookings contact centre representative said there would be a diagnostic cost. I disregarded her statement since I believed it was nonsense. I informed the service adviser at my dealership when I brought the vehicle in. He just shook his head and said, "they persist in doing that."

Check the oil level while the engine is somewhat heated. It is advisable to add oil to the engine as indicated by the automobile, since the machine likely has a valid reason for the request. Avoid taking any risks.

I had to pay Β£150 for a defective Front Cigarette Lighter.
AmericaMonster replied to Liveek's topic in General
Let's clarify this. Your cigarette lighter malfunctioned due to a blown fuse. Any someone with basic knowledge of autos would have instinctively accessed the fuse box, inspected the fuse, and changed it. Total effort: 10 minutes of unskilled labour by the trainee. There was no inspection conducted. It's nonsense. Instruct the seller to address the billing issue with his colleagues. -

Swapping out the buttons on the steering wheel

Uncertain of the solution, yet certain that someone else will know. Are steering wheels too cluttered nowadays? When I see them, I immediately think of fighter planes! Laughing out loud -

Not at this time. My statement was broad and not specifically aimed at the shuttle catastrophes. -

Valid argument. The book "Truth, Lies and O-Rings" provides an intriguing analysis of the Challenger case. -

In both the Colombia and Challenger disasters, engineers' cautions were disregarded, despite the distinct nature of each event. -

Furthermore, with further reflection. The father of my friend was involved in the potato industry. Imagine myself and his son doing circular skids in a Volvo 245 on a grassy terrain when we were around 14 years old or such π -
