I believe it is possible to use dts monaco to flatten the output on MBUX using custom scripting. I can't remember which other headunits you may use this on.
-
In addition to offering comprehensive video tutorials, the Audison bit software is specifically engineered to flatten the signal from factory systems. In my other vehicle, I use a Forza DSP amplifier from them; it has focal components and all channels turned on, and the difference is enormous. Although the Burmester system produces passable sound, its low-frequency bass response is severely deficient. Instead of cutting into wires to run the supply signals, I was expecting to have fibre laid out so that the connections stage would be easier, but I suppose we can't have it both ways. 𤣠Thank you for your expertise and assistance, however!

The burmiester amp has digital signal processing (DSP) applied to all of its components, making it difficult to get a flat signal without a high-quality converter, such as a JL-FIX86.

Much obliged.

Salutations everyone, The 2020 W167 Premium+ with the Burmester sound system was just purchased. Would it be possible to use the factory burmester's optical output to avoid splicing signal cords for high-level inputs while upgrading the system with Audison Forza DSP amp(s)? Please, if you are able, assist me. Much obliged.

Do not turn the key in the ignition while the seats are removed; doing so may trigger dashboard warning lights that require diagnostics to be extinguished.

Well, there you have it. Carpet removal is a necessary task. Pliable padding dries more slowly. Nevertheless, the line connecting the wiper fluid has detached itself and is now wrapped around the rear driver's side of the tunnel. Are additional hoses disconnected...? Most likely.

It is not necessary to completely remove the carpet or the center console; only push it up to allow hot air to travel below it. With the driver's seat off and the back bench pulled up, you may proceed. There are cutouts in the carpet where the seat bolts into the car floor; thread a strap through one of these holes and secure it to the passenger's roof handle on the other side using some nylon rope. To circulate the heated air in the cabin, all you need is a ÂŁ10 heater from Screwfix. After around two days, everything should be dry, provided that any exposed wires are covered to avoid direct heat. The task has already been required of me twice đđ

Appreciate the guidance. Being our sole mode of transportation, it could be challenging to remove the seats and center console. Can dehumidifiers remove excess moisture?

If the foam is soaked, the carpet will never dry out until it is removed and dried out correctly with heaters. Anyone who tells you differently is telling you lies. The thick foam will feel dry to the touch after 24 hours, but it will not be completely dry until 48-72 hours have passed. The formation of mould is something you definitely don't want to be inhaling in an enclosed cab, so you should probably have this done quickly.

The driver's side carpet is where I'm chasing the water. I am completely stumped and could need some advice. At first, there was water seeping through the visor and vanity light; however, this was soon remedied once the drain pipes on the roof were cleared. That happened a few months ago, but I've noticed that the carpet under the driver's side is usually wet. The washer fluid reservoir was leaking at the bottom when I removed the wheel liner. I discovered a damaged vent tube and replaced it along with the entire reservoir. I let the reservoir sit for a time, but the dampness persisted. I have soaked the weather strip along the driver's side window with litres of water, but the water is still not seeping through the door card. I cleaned the cowl region of leaves and debris while removing the wheel liner. I have checked all areas under the carpet, including the additional sound insulation, and it does not appear to be draining from the gearbox tunnel or bulkhead. A thorough inspection has been conducted. The thick carpet foam underlay and the dark grey polystyrene block just beneath the carpet in front of the pedals provide a moist sensation whenever I place my hand under the carpet from the drivers sill. The abundance of fuses on the driver's kick panel makes it impossible to feel the panel. If the trans tunnel is dry, then it can't be the air conditioning drain tube. Because I don't want to take out the front carpetâwhich would require removing the front seats and center consoleâany assistance in finding a solution would be greatly appreciated. Is the delay in drying out only due to the weather, or may there be another source of the leak? It seems like taking out the front carpet would necessitate taking out the seats and center console as well, so I'd rather not do that.

Bit off topic but Iâve used Cardwell Transport for moving stuff before had them bring a classic arcade machine up from Belfast to Glasgow earlier this year. Handled it properly, packed well, kept me updated the whole way If they run their car side the same way it doesnât surprise me people are having decent experiences

My experience was alright, not perfect Bought a 2018 Audi A4 from them, the car itself is great mechanically, no complaints there. Only thing was it had a few more marks than I expected from the pictures. Delivery also took a bit longer than they first said, think it ended up being around 11 days To their credit though, I raised it and they offered me some money towards getting the cosmetic bits sorted, so they didnât just brush it off!

To be fair, companies like that have a hard time these days, so many fake sites and scams about that even legit ones look suspicious! I had a look at their site out of curiosity, doesnât look like one of those thrown together overnight jobs, and theyâre properly registered as well which is something with all the details matched.
