Nekomp
Greetings, I just acquired a second 2013 Mercedes and would want to know whether there is a method to ascertain the original equipment of the vehicle. It may seem peculiar, but I am only exploring the possibilities available to me, if that is clear. Thank you.

Nekomp
Greetings, thank you. I likely did not articulate my thoughts clearly. My Audi has a label in the trunk that enumerates all factory-installed options, including seat colour, engine specifications, and other features like as folding mirrors. I was uncertain if a comparable option exists for the Mercedes.
Nekomp
I searched the web and found a VIN decoder.
Mezuzzi
Examine many VIN decoders first for a data card: https://www.lastvin.com/ Request an Oasis report from your local dealer for further information on the build specifications, including options, costs, and dates. Cassole
The OASIS report is the most effective means of comprehending not only the whole equipment inventory as shown by a VIN decoder, but also distinguishing between standard and optional equipment. Nekomp
Thank you very much; I will proceed accordingly. This is my first Mercedes, so everything is quite unfamiliar.
Cassole
It may be quite perplexing for newcomers to the brand, and even seasoned owners may be bewildered by some option packages. Welcome, by the way, and I hope you are appreciating your new vehicle. 👍
Nekomp
Thank you. The VIN website provided several possibilities for my vehicle; nevertheless, some were omitted, leading me to conclude that it is not an exhaustive list. Consequently, I have contacted my local dealer to get the OASIS report. Uncertain if the process is conducted over email or requires an in-person visit. VibrantShin
They may request your presence with V5, or otherwise, you might provide a copy. There is no harm in enquiring, however! 🙂
Nekomp
Indeed, that is reasonable. It is not far if that is the situation.
Nekomp
This may be a small inquiry, but to my knowledge, my vehicle does not include the wireless go feature. I attempted to manipulate the handle for an extended period while the automobile was locked, but it did not open; thus, we may conclude that I do not own it. I must insert the key into the ignition and spin it to initiate the start. Are the keys similar to those seen on television, when an individual waves a device at the front door to open the automobile, or do they function differently? VibrantShin
If you lack keyless go, then you have no need for concern in that regard.
Nekomp
Thank you; I suspected that to be the case, but one can never be certain.
Nekomp
I apologise; I am uncertain about my comments about wireless go.
