Check the stickys above the posts for a link to RAVE. This includes all the manuals and other related documents. An electronic troubleshooting manual (ETM) contains all the wiring schematics. I would examine the wiring schematics to identify the common wiring among the components that are not functioning. That might assist you in narrowing down your options. Have you checked both sets of fuses as well? Fuses are located beneath the hood and also under the driver's seat in right-hand drive vehicles.

I would replace the relay first. It seems like the ignition system is functioning OK except for the starting motor. If a replacement relay does not solve the issue, fuse box malfunctions are often seen. You might search for posts on this topic. Other individuals who are knowledgeable with the fuse box will probably provide their input. Thank you.

The challenge was finding the correct extension and wrench, requiring a significant amount of creativity. Everything is resolved now, fortunately. π

Today, I successfully replaced all of these seals including the 2 o-rings. The lowest bolt on the resonator proved difficult to remove, but the rest of the procedure was straightforward. I will monitor for any more oil leakage in the coming days to see whether the issue has been resolved. If not, it will probably be the oil cooler seals. Hopefully, everything is OK now. Thank you everyone

Yes, I understood your message and appreciate the advice on refitting the pipe.

Thank to everybody. I believe I will do this task first since it seems pretty simple, and I want to assess my progress. I will update you on my progress in the next days. Thank you

I will remove the undertrays to investigate the source of the oil leak. I recently watched a YouTube video where an individual discussed experiencing a leak from the turbo seal and pcv seal in their c350 cdi. This leakage caused oil to drip down the back of the engine onto the floor. After replacing these seals, the oil stains on the floor disappeared, indicating that the issue was not related to the oil cooler seals. Thank you for the useful advise on expenses.

Hello I just bought an E350cdi coupe registered in January 2013. 81,000 miles. There are some oil stains on my driveway that seem to be increasing in number. Upon inspection, I found oil behind the air filter batwings, a little amount under the turbo seals, and oil streaks on the silver heat shield at the rear of the engine. Photos included Do these seem to be signs of oil cooler seal failure? Thank you in advance

The dealer service advisor shown exceptional attentiveness and diligence in promptly filing the claim. The only delay occurred when the warranty business sent an appraiser/inspector to capture photographs and provide a report to the warranty company due to the significant monetary value involved. The duration of my presence at the store was 10 days, with 3 of those days being spent waiting for permission. By the way, this is my third Range Rover. I previously had a brand new 2006 HSE and then acquired another 2006 HSE in 2008 with 15,000 miles via a certified pre-owned programme. Due to their exorbitant fees, I choose to do the majority of maintenance tasks myself, since I possess a considerable level of mechanical proficiency.

I have mostly relied on the dealer for the majority of repairs and inspections, particularly the Multipoint service. This is because I had the foresight to get an 8-year extended warranty with no deductible when I purchased the vehicle in 2018, after a two-year lease. The vehicle has accumulated 15,000 miles and the warranty will expire on June 26th or when it reaches 150,000 miles, whichever occurs first. The cost is $3910. The odometer reading is 81,000. I took the RR to the shop for a thorough check and to address a suspension defect. Additionally, I had new Pirelli Scorpion Zero all-season tyres installed. Later that day, I received a quotation for the replacement of the Ace suspension system reservoir, rear parking brake actuator, both front control arm bushings, two rear sway bar bushings, rear rotors (costing $860), cabin air filter (costing $160) and battery replacement (costing $577). (Original Battery) The rear rotors were found to be 0.25 mm below the minimum specifications. However, as I had just rebuilt the brakes, the rotors did not need replacement on July 23rd when the vehicle had reached 75,000 km. I contacted the service adviser, who provided excellent assistance throughout the process, and informed him of the existence of my extended warranty. He provided the warranty business with all the necessary documents, except the Rotors, Cabin filter, and battery. However, the warranty company validated the submission and included an alignment service. The warranty company was billed a total of $9800 for the ACE system upgrade, with labour costs alone amounting to $4800. The new lines and the whole ace system were substituted in the first portion of the RR. (lines, etc.) I decided to forgo replacing the rotors at this time and instead accept the risk of using them until I need to repair the brakes in the future. On the most recent Sunday, I installed Brembo discs and low Met pads as replacements for the rear rotors and pads. The total cost of components amounts to $240, and the time spent on the task is two hours. The cost of an Interstate Battery from Costco is $170, and it takes around 40 minutes to replace. The cabin air filter may be replaced for a cost of $25 and it only takes around 5 minutes to do the task. Additionally, I purchased new air filters for both the intake and cabin from Amazon, which cost me $50 and took 30 minutes to replace. Furthermore, I replaced all 8 spark plugs, which took me 90 minutes and cost $80. I have just purchased new Brembo front rotors and LM Pads for the next weekend. The whole expenditure amounts to $400, which includes the cost of new calliper bolts and new calliper retention tension hardware pins from Mintex. Additionally, I would like to highlight that in recent months, I have observed an audible clunking noise emanating from the front of the vehicle during low-speed turns. During a test drive in rock climb mode, a technical problem was identified and diagnosed as a transfer case issue. The problem was rectified by performing a double flush. The cost is $500. Although this message is lengthy, if it benefits even one individual, it is deemed valuable. It is important to get a warranty while owning this car.

Although rather antiquated, I have observed that when contacting Mercedes, they often attempt to direct you to the nearest Mercedes garage if you express willingness to visit.

MB springs are individual to your particular car , the colour coding on the springs is dependant on items applied at the time of manufacture. The MD is the only source for acquiring the appropriate springs for the task. In my opinion, the optimal choice would be to get original equipment manufacturer (OEM) springs directly from the dealer and install them at home. Prioritise adjusting the wheel bearing, if feasible. If not, remove the hub and have an independent mechanic install a new bearing. This approach should result in significant cost savings.

Rust, an undesirable element, may often be found in the wheel regions of many automobiles owing to the presence of road salt, which significantly contributes to its formation. Regular vehicle washing and maintenance effectively eliminate several pollutants that might cause rust formation. Will continuing to drive the automobile for a further 5 years result in significant problems? Providing a definitive response is challenging since shock or spring failures might be caused by factors other than merely rust. If the rust is just on the surface, it may be removed by wire brushing and then coated with a protective layer, which can provide long-lasting protection for many years. Your attention to detail is apparent in your remark of your thorough investigation, as shown by your observation of the wheels and your adherence to the required mileage service intervals. The experience with Toyota major dealers might vary depending on the person and their own reasons for expressing dissatisfaction or satisfaction. This topic has been extensively deliberated in several threads on this site. Thus far, my personal encounter has been favourable, and the procedure of purchasing the automobile and its condition upon acquisition were just as I anticipated. Nevertheless, our assessment was based on the manner in which we had been handled, and all inquiries were addressed and supported by documentation. While MOT's and service records, as well as receipts and warranties, are crucial factors in the purchasing process, the ultimate choice is often influenced by the overall appearance and experience of the automobile during a test drive. When purchasing a vehicle that is 6 or 7 years old, it is important to have a practical understanding that it will not be in brand new condition and may have imperfections due to its age. The individual budget will be crucial in the process, as will the understanding that more funds will be necessary for any desired enhancements and future upkeep. Undoubtedly, it is feasible to purchase an automobile in the UK that is devoid of rust. However, the likelihood of finding such a vehicle depends upon the level of care it has received. Purchasing a pre-owned automobile from an authorised Toyota dealership often results in a favourable encounter. However, I would highly recommend reviewing a dealer's feedback before to scheduling a visit.

That is really outstanding, particularly given the age of the car. Well-maintained and efficiently used motor. I am curious about the authenticity of their intentions and the underlying reason of their actions. Is there a taxi available? Driver? It is uncertain.

If you are able to get it to Bleakerje , he will restore it to its original condition at a really affordable cost.

The matter at hand, as described by the original poster, does not primarily concern the comparison between glass and plastic. Rather, the crux of the matter lies in the fact that glass lenses may be changed separately from the headlamp body, but plastic lenses are often incorporated with the headlamp. Put simply, if the plastic lenses were readily and inexpensively replaceable, it would have remedied the problem mentioned by the original poster. The contradiction lies in the fact that although the independent glass lenses are never required to replacement as a result of regular use, the integrated plastic lenses gradually degrade over time.

Which engine should I choose for the C63 - the M156 or the M177?
MundeDas replied to CleverPixel's topic in General
Furthermore, the event occurred precisely twelve years in the past. As scarce as hen's teeth, and currently priced at least four or five times more than the OP's budget, even if one manages to locate a seller. Be realistic. -
Could you please provide a picture?

In late August, I acquired a 2010 E250 CDI as a replacement for my Mini cabriolet. I had to alleviate that itch, as the saying goes. I do not travel long distances often, although I sometimes make excursions to Heathrow for business purposes, during which the vehicle is used. Considering this, my spouse suggested that I should get a gasoline-powered vehicle. He specifically designed it to not have a little 4-cylinder engine, so we actively searched for a V6 instead. After inspecting other options, we found that the most promising one was located two hours away. However, upon closer examination, it turned out to be a significant letdown, leaving us frustrated with the dealer who was responsible for the sale. Following a few weeks, we conducted a reassessment and discovered a vehicle with just one previous owner and a full service history (FSH). I really enjoyed it, and despite its age, the automobile was in excellent shape. It was likely a straightforward transaction since I couldn't contain my smile and became little overwhelmed in the moment. Regarding the automobile itself. We own two canines, with one of them being in the puppy stage. During the Christmas holiday, we visited my sister's house and brought along the puppy. I recently lowered the roof and had the cage moved onto a blanket. The fit was satisfactory and the journey proceeded well. As he becomes older, I am uncertain if the Labrador and Cocker Spaniel would be let on such chairs without a cover for protection, unless there was an emergency. Fortunately, we own an additional vehicle that is more suited for accommodating dogs. Our westie just passed away, however I believe you would be unaffected as there is no emotional attachment or impact on your daily routine. The automobile has both sporty and economical qualities. I have seen just two problems, one of which is connected to age and the other is a case of "cleared code not returned". The DPF has functioned well and the automobile has fully met my expectations. The appearance is aesthetically pleasing, with a smooth and pleasant texture, providing a high level of comfort. If there is one aspect that I am not enthusiastic about, it is the hood tray feature located in the trunk. At the moment when you anticipate my pressing the button, the hyphen indicates that I should do the task involving the tray.

The necessary services should be included in the guidebook.
