This is now very clearer—thank you!

The system will employ alternative characteristics to assess attentiveness, even in the absence of a camera. Erratic steering manoeuvres or frequent contact with lane markings may signify driver weariness or distraction.
-
Ah, I understand! Is there one available for this trim? There must be a location as the driver attentiveness feature is integrated into this model.
-
Understood. In either case, a camera is absent.
-
To clarify, it is the standard Premium Plus, not T S PP.
-
You lack a Premium Plus subscription. There is no camera present, and your dashboard trim is composed of a different material.

Thank you for your prompt response! This is my observation: Examine media item 282I am experiencing difficulty in perceiving the camera lens. The illustration in the aforementioned instructions does not appear to correspond with my observations. The camera lens is not visible to me. I am experiencing some confusion on this matter.
-
It is precisely in the place depicted in your image. At a minimum, concerning the TSPP. The object resembles the camera lens of your mobile phone.
-
I will provide a report on my findings. Thank you!
-
I am curious to discover the outcome of covering it.
-
Do you not observe the dot on the screen's edge shown by the image in the manual? That is the cover for the camera lens.

2024 CX-90 Premium Plus. Is anyone aware of the exact placement of the Driver Monitoring Camera? I refer to the exact location of the object. I wish to affix a sticker to it. I cannot tolerate a camera on my face in my own automobile. I recognise that it is probably basic onboard software for monitoring driver attentiveness and poses minimal harm. Nonetheless, the trust is simply absent. I am aware that it may lead to warnings and safety concerns, among other difficulties. I desire all those unpleasant aspects while obstructing the camera. I assume the Driver Attention feature can be disabled in the settings, potentially alleviating warning messages and similar notifications. Consequently, here is what the manual provides... I am unable to perceive the camera lens with my own eyes. It is imperceptible... Uncertain whether the manual explicitly delineates: Examine media item 276It would be preferable to avoid covering the entire driver side of the infotainment screen with stickers. I desire to utilise a small, aesthetically pleasing black dot sticker. I am struggling to develop sufficient confidence over its placement. Does anyone possess any insights? Seeking a modest degree of control in my vehicle—a negligible contribution to privacy preservation. I would appreciate hearing from anyone with experience in this matter. Thank you

PS If you are acquainted with your engine builder, it is worthwhile to enquire if they are still employed at AMG and whether a meeting is possible. Occasionally, they successfully accomplish it, quite impressive.

I recommend the AMG factory tour as well. For an AMG, providing the VIN number suffices for booking. All complimentary badges, including of a meal. It is uncertain whether individuals without an AMG can participate, however it may be worthwhile to enquire if you are interested. Even individuals who lack an interest in automobiles like it.
-
Additionally, there is the Mercedes factory tour, Mercedes Classic, the Porsche Museum, and the Porsche factory tour. I need to socialise more frequently.
-
I intended to participate in the tour this year but had time for only one, so I opted for the Mercedes museum instead, believing my wife would like it; it was quite enjoyable.
-
Highly recommended for a visit. They conduct an excellent factory tour.

Deserving of viewing 🙂

Regrettably, the vehicle accumulates fewer than 1,000 miles annually.

If it was correctly connected to the CTEK and charging, I would guess a drain exists someplace, or perhaps an inside light was inadvertently left on. I would examine the radar detector initially. If you drive it quite regularly, I would not recommend charging it constantly. It will likely reduce the battery's lifespan, but after four years, it should remain functional. Attempt to activate the desulphation mode on the CTEK, if available.

I attempted to start my R8 today, and a low battery alert illuminated on the dashboard. The last occasion I operated the vehicle was one month prior. My radar detector issued a low battery alert, indicating a voltage of approximately 6-7 volts. In 2021, I swapped my original battery with another Audi battery, and the vehicle is consistently connected to CTEK. What factors contribute to the rapid deterioration of the battery? My vehicle has approximately 19,000 miles.

I would prioritise investigating any engine faults over mileage, specifically focussing on the 1.8 4-cylinder (M271 - chain?) and the V6 (M272) balancing shaft and timing complications. It is essential to be cognisant of corrosion in the rear subframes. Both concerns may incur substantial repair expenses in relation to the worth of these vehicles, which is considerable at this price level. I wish you well in your search; nonetheless, it is imperative that you familiarise yourself with the aforementioned considerations to be cognisant of these potential concerns.
