Samuraisaint
Traffic traversing the dual carriageway and executing a right turn, or traffic making a right turn off the dual carriageway?
Meltarb
The presence of a double dotted line signifies that priority should be accorded to the driver executing a right turn from the dual carriageway (i.e., the sole vehicle in the photograph). Once that vehicle has passed and the road is unobstructed, the car positioned behind the double dotted line should then halt at the single dotted line before making a right turn onto the dual carriageway. (essentially executing a U-turn)
engrol
There is one of these located less than a mile from my residence. The lines lack the clarity demonstrated in your example. Approximately one to two accidents occur monthly, and the council/highways agency asserts that there are insufficient funds to transform the intersection into a signalised junction. In Spain, they employ an effective method for intersections, directing traffic to rotate 90° to align perpendicularly with the primary flow over a little lateral road segment. Significantly more secure.
Videoman
We yield to the right for vehicles exiting the main carriageway. A ROAD yields to the road intersecting the primary carriageway from the B ROAD, as the approaching vehicle encounters a double broken line and a prominent triangle, except when driving a BMW or AUDI. Cincoon
To avoid further misunderstanding, as I am somewhat perplexed myself, I present my ideas on the posed subject, considering both double and single broken white lines regarding priority, and addressing several scenarios related to turning right. If all three vehicles arrive at the intersection simultaneously, Car 1 gets precedence, followed by Car 2, and then Car 3.

Samuraisaint
I expressed it poorly. I had to have stated, "Traffic traversing the dual carriageway and turning right (the camera vehicle), or traffic approaching from the left and turning right off the dual carriageway (in the path of the camera vehicle)." Both feature double broken give way lines. The vehicle approaching from the right should solely proceed in a straight trajectory. In the street view, advancing one step in the camera vehicle should reveal the issue, hopefully. The camera car seems obstructed, and if you shift the view to the right, they are in the trajectory of an oncoming vehicle on the primary roadway. The aerial perspective enhances the visibility of the junction's configuration. I have consistently found this type of intersection perplexing and have never really comprehended the priorities in this context.
Samuraisaint
Excellent endeavour. However, Car 1 should exclusively proceed straight ahead. Vehicle 3 should not execute a U-turn at this location; instead, it ought to turn right onto the secondary route. The clash with Car 2 is observable. Samuraisaint
I believe this is the interpretation I would select. When both vehicles are halted for a space in the traffic on the A road, the vehicle intending to turn right off the A road may potentially enter the centre reservation and execute its manoeuvre first. Anabroo
Adhere to traffic regulations, yield to the right, and respect road markings.
Anabroo
This presents a greater challenge. In my experience, hesitation results in loss. The manner in which autonomous vehicles manage the situation may out to be pretty amusing.
