MagicPod
Greetings. I am seeking to install Bluetooth functionality in my 2007 E280 elegance vehicle. I own a phone dock located inside the central armrest. Can someone identify the specific component required for connecting my iPhone handsfree? Thank you.
MagicPod
I am experiencing difficulty in uploading photographs to this topic. I am consistently receiving an error message indicating that the file size of all my images exceeds the maximum limit.
engrol
I recommend searching for an aftermarket device capable of substituting your current infotainment system. Based on my experience, deleting it from such models does not result in any loss since they do not have any vehicle-specific options. There are several options available for android head units. AmericaMonster
This should suffice:https://www.commandonline.co.uk/Mercedes-iPod-solutions/?AffDirectURL=https://www.commandonline.co.uk/Mercedes_Bluetooth_HFP.html It seems that the item is now unavailable at Comand Online. However, you may be able to get it on eBay.
Captiva
Either a Viseoo MB4 (uncertain about the specific number, maybe 2) or a similar model.
Kenjibb
Bluetooth phone conversations are supported, but not music streaming. To listen to music, you will need to locate an auxiliary input or replace the current head unit with a new Android-compatible one.
MagicPod
Regrettably, my vehicle lacks an auxiliary port inside the glove compartment.
Kenjibb
If you remove the head unit, you may discover an auxiliary input socket where you may insert a cable, since certain models have this feature. It is possible to operate an FM transmitter with a 12-volt power source, however the success of playing music may vary. There are reasonably priced original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Android head units available.
Captiva
The Viseoo is capable of playing audio from an iPod, which is linked to it via a cable.
depofly
Due to the absence of an auxiliary plug in my W211, I made the decision to purchase the Mr12Volt Bluetooth USB AUX converter from eBay. I have installed it and the audio quality is far superior to that of the FM transmitter that relied on the car's cigarette lighter for power. The 6 disc CD changer has been concealed, preserving the original aesthetic. This will enable both telephony and audio streaming.
