The starter motor has seized on my E250 CDI. The task seems to be challenging. Requiring access from both the upper and lower sections of the engine. Access to a lift would undoubtedly be beneficial, something I now lack. It would need an axle stand if I were to do it alone. According to the opinions of the MB forum members, what price should I anticipate for the replacement of the starting motor? Have any owners replaced the starting motor on the 651 engine? Thank you
