  1. Forget it; it's still sliding leftward on bumps. The only part that's sliding is the back left. Ideal is on the right. I have replaced the rear tires, shocks, and springs but still don't know what the problem is. Maybe bushings are what it is.

  3. Apologies, but those were regular Goodyear tires, not runflats.
  4. The driver side front and rear springs were replaced due to corrosion and damage. The tyre pressures are accurate, and I repaired it for emergency purposes.
  5. When I drive over bumps, my 2015 C220D Amg Line, which has 85k miles on the clock, slides and kicks to one side. Wheels are in good condition; we replaced the springs. Even the alignment is acceptable. Would shock absorbers be the culprits? When I drive over bumps, my left rear tire slides to the left and my right rear tire skips to the right. The left is inferior to the right. This problem has persisted for some time; installing new springs and tires helped, but obstacles continue to cause instability in the back. Just what is it?
  6. The convertible I own is a 2010 model with 120,000 miles. The vehicle has had servicing on an annual basis or at intervals of fewer than 6,000 miles, on occasion, from the principal dealer. From inside the vehicle, you can hardly hear the engine running at idle, and it's as smooth as butter. With a 2009 model year or later, you should not be concerned about balancer shaft concerns. Engines with serial numbers 30 468993 and after have upgraded components installed to fix the issue.
  7. I replaced the battery last week with a new one and registered it as well. The BMW and all associated technology are functioning well. What voltage should I expect to observe on the battery during charging? What constitutes adequacy for the vehicle, essentially?
  8. I believe the alternator is functioning adequately; nevertheless, I will do a test on it either tomorrow or Wednesday. If the alternator is indeed satisfactory, do you have any suggestions regarding the potential issue?
  9. I appear to be posting excessively for my preference. Essentially, my partner is experiencing a power steering problem that is intermittent; it manifests primarily during slow speeds and steep turns. At times, the issue persists, while at other times, it resolves itself. No codes are stored on the computer either. Her explanation is: "It indicates that there are no codes, and the warning appears when the vehicle is moving slowly and I am making a sharp turn, or when I have just started the car." Assistance is welcomed. The vehicle is a 2010 BMW 320d Cabriolet, which I believe is equipped with electronic power steering.
  10. Refuelled yesterday, displaying 330 miles; after driving 2 miles, it decreased to 300 miles. It appears to be pretty inaccurate. We will await the dealer's response. It indicated a range exceeding 200 miles on a full tank.
  11. Thank you. I observed discussions regarding this matter, but I anticipated it would not be a significant issue. We shall visit the dealer on Thursday for diagnostics to ascertain their assessment.
  12. According to the user manual, utilising 87 octane is sufficient for the 280 hp model, hence premium fuel is unnecessary. I have verified the display using manual calculations, and the results appear to be quite similar.
  13. Greetings everyone, I possessed the vehicle for almost three weeks and have accrued around 700 miles. I needed to refuel approximately three times, and upon checking our miles per gallon, we are averaging around 16 to 17 mpg. The range following a refuelling indicates between 200 and 225 miles. I have observed posts regarding the recalls; however, upon consulting the dealer, they confirmed that there are no recalls associated with my VIN. The other peculiar aspect is the quantity of fuel remaining when the tank is indicated as empty. Approximately 14 to 15 gallons will be required for an 18.5-gallon tank. Is anyone else experiencing a similar mileage issue, and what actions did you take to resolve it?
