  1. Regrettably, I am unable to have access to the tape until I receive a disciplinary action.
  2. That was a really clumsy and inept effort at a pun 😁
  3. I get a sense of satisfaction as I had eagerly awaited for a duration of two and three-fourths years to use that clever play on words. πŸ€ͺ While waiting patiently at a traffic signal in the "Percy" Van, a reckless individual driving a chavvy 205 automobile thoughtlessly overtakes the ten cars behind me by using the designated turn right lane. However, he was unaware of the unexpectedly rapid acceleration of the unburdened Percy as it swiftly moved away from traffic lights. Percy quickly moved away as the w205 vehicle came dangerously close to colliding with the traffic lights. I beforehand activated my prominent crimson switch to provide amusement to the surveillance system of the corporations' dashboard camera, like to a watchful elder sibling. If the individual who own the silver w205 vehicle with questionable window tinting in Bexleyheath is here on this platform today, I express no sympathy or concern for your predicament. 😁 Percy, who achieved success, emerged as the winner.
  4. I acquired a MY25 vehicle on July 2nd, which was clearly shown on the purchase form and confirmed by the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). The order form further specified the vehicle as model 212. Upon attempting to cover my automobile, my current insurance provider was unable to locate it using the registration number, despite the fact that it was registered in the DVLA database. Furthermore, their manual search yielded no results for a car with a power output of 212BHP. Their vehicle had a power output of 207 brake horsepower (BHP). When you search for Sportage 207BHP on Google, you will come across several websites that list the vehicle with both 207 and 212 BHP, sometimes even inside the same advertisement. This has caused some confusion. I am bringing up the issue of insurance partly because it is somewhat intimidating to be informed that they are unable to provide coverage for your vehicle due to their inability to locate it. With a clear sense of anxiety, I reached out to Kia customer services using the chat feature on their homepage to inquire about if I was insuring the correct specifications. They were resolute in their belief that it was 212 brake horsepower (BHP). I inquired about the discrepancy between the two specifications shown on their website: 207BHP on the main page and 212BHP in the e-brochure. The individuals stated their lack of knowledge on the matter and expressed their intention to investigate more. However, they were unable to provide a specific timeframe for when this investigation would occur. I inquired about their plans to update insurers due to the resulting misunderstanding. They said that they will do so as necessary.
  5. Presumably, the reason will remain unknown until they start the takedown process. Do you have any new information to share? May I inquire without causing offence? What is the warranty coverage? Which kind of oil are you referring to? Are you in a state of optimal adjustment or alignment?
  6. Offers that are fair and sensible will be taken into consideration. The Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) was $230,190. The vehicle has a carbon package, complete leather inside, B&O radio system, adaptive steering, Mythos Black metallic paint, sport seats with diamond stitching, contrast stitching, and black Audi rings and emblems. Audi care and windscreen protection.
  7. In excellent condition, with just 200 kilometres on the odometer. Projected final production year: 2023. Purchased in March with the intention of long-term ownership and capital appreciation. As a result of my wife's insistence, I am unwillingly selling an automobile. The vehicle has been stored in a garage, and there is no evidence of any damage or accidents. It has never been exposed to weather. No animals, unpleasant smells, smoking, and so forth. Brand new. The Huracan is not included.
  8. For future reference, in a similar situation, I personally visited Mercedes to inquire about the available alternatives. They mentioned Autogreen (Rewarding Recycling), whose automobile value was zero according to their auto-quote. https://www.mercedes-benz.co.uk/passengercars/services/return-disposal.html
  9. Thank you for the information. That information regarding the amp/receiver is very fascinating. After a few years of ownership, Merc performed a certified engine rebuild specifically targeting the balancer shaft. Since then, there have been no issues with it. I will definitely discuss the matter thoroughly with Merc breakers to get their perspective. The engine is essentially half as old as the automobile.
  10. I need your counsel. The age of my Mercedes CL203 C230 V6 Auto Sports Coupe is 18 years. The mileage is merely 56,000 miles. The engine is excellent. The telephone module has an electrical problem that causes the battery to drain within three days if the vehicle is not driven. Additionally, the wireless unlocking feature does not function properly, while the infrared unlock on the key works correctly. I need a new automobile due to significant life circumstances. The dilemma at hand is whether I should sell the automobile in order to get the most amount of money for it. 1. Is it possible to purchase anything privately, without any modifications, for a certain amount? 2. to a store similar to webuyanycar? 3. Should I go directly to a scrap merchant? What is your opinion?
  11. I visited the office to schedule an appointment and had a conversation with Richard, informing him that I had referred you. You should be competent.
  12. Agreed. I concur that the modifications seem aesthetically pleasing, and it is likely that you are approaching a horsepower output of about 600, which is commendable. The problem with the door card is often seen in older Generation 1 vehicles. R8 Stuff is capable of providing a quotation for replacement items, and they also have the ability to redo them if necessary.
  13. I have seen the automobile, but I have not examined it in detail. The concept is intriguing, since it has undergone various adjustments, however I remain uncertain about the modifications made to the intake system. I will investigate it. Upon researching the Eurowise set up, I have found it to be a commendable modification. I am fond of the valved exhaust system on my car, particularly the Top Gear kind. It enhances the whole performance and experience of the vehicle. It is difficult to envision this car without the presence of a valved exhaust. The top portion of the passenger door card is experiencing delamination, whereas the driver's side may be affected to a lesser extent. It is possible to redo, but it may be expensive.
  14. Please inform me if there is any manner in which I may be of assistance. Which colour were you contemplating? Which model would you prefer: Coupe or Spyder?
  15. The FPC is a reputable company. Although I haven't made any purchases from them, I sometimes visit their establishment and always find a selection of R8 vehicles. They have a high volume of automobile sales, consistently offering fresh inventory. I recommend trying Audi WPB, since my service adviser is Richard Kelstrom. The examination of my PPI was comprehensive, but not flawless, it was satisfactory. They suggested replacing the battery, but upon more investigation, I discovered that the battery was very recent. I believe it was simply discharged due to lack of usage. Consequently, I purchased a CTEK charger and resolved the issue.
  16. I am now located in West Palm Beach. After purchasing my R8, I brought it to Audi West Palm, where I have a positive rapport with the staff. They performed a post-purchase inspection on the vehicle. I own four Audi vehicles, which is why I often visit their shop. They have a considerable number of R8 models coming in for service, indicating their expertise in handling such vehicles. An other choice is TBK motorsports, which may be found at www.tbkmotorsport.com. They specialise in fine-tuning and competing with R8 vehicles, demonstrating exceptional skill and character. It seems that you are considering one of the two local dealers specialising in exotic vehicles. Do they each own many R8 vehicles? Another individual in this community recently made a purchase from FPC.
  17. As previously mentioned, the component number obtained from realoem corresponds to a brake calliper specifically designed for a 633csi. The brake callipers installed are not the regular e24 brake callipers. Therefore, the component number, which only refers to the seal kit and not the actual piston, is of no value to me since these callipers are not the original e24 callipers.
  18. What is the utility of realoem if it does not provide a component number? Furthermore, realoem does not provide information on the sizes of calliper pistons. As I said before, these callipers are not the standard e24 callipers, hence the brake diagrams on realoem.com are not useful.
  19. Hello everyone, I am reaching out from the bigcoupe community in a last attempt to get assistance in identifying these brake callipers. They can be directly attached to my 1983 633 csi, but they are certainly not the original callipers since the size of the pistons is different. Additionally, the brake callipers used in the e28 model have identical component numbers. I am currently in the process of rebuilding the callipers for my restoration project. Unfortunately, I mistakenly discarded the old calliper pistons and the new ones I purchased do not fit properly due to their larger size. I have searched online for suitable replacements specifically designed for the 633 model, but all available options are also too big. I am aware that I should not have disposed of the old parts, as I usually do not make such errors, but this was an accidental oversight on my part. The calliper lacks a part number and instead displays "BMW 57/25" on one side and "BMW ATE" on the other. The only web information I came across pertained to the e46s, maybe. However, all of those options have a larger or same calliper bore size. I am certain that if my bore size is 57mm, I cannot use a 57mm piston since there has to be some clearance. The bore measurement indicates an internal diameter (ID) of 57mm. Therefore, would it be correct to assume that I need pistons with a diameter of 56mm? Which specific BMW calliper is compatible with my e24 and can be easily installed? The primary enigma that stumped everyone was the e24 gang. I am now facing a challenge in the restoration process as I am unable to determine the appropriate size of pistons required. Furthermore, I am reluctant to get other callipers as I have already meticulously prepared and painted these callipers, and have also obtained new seal kits and other necessary components. Currently, I am quite intrigued in the potential dimensions of these objects. If anybody has any suggestions, please inform me. I reached out to ATE, but they were unsuccessful. I also contacted other brake supplier businesses, and they all confirmed that higher size pistons are required for the factory e24 (and e28) brakes.
