  1. It has consistently been that way, even throughout the era of paper discs. Previously, when I was selling, it was permissible to tax a vehicle during the last two days of the month, with payment commencing from the first of the following month. This practice is no longer allowed; even if one taxes a vehicle on the 31st, payment is required for the whole of the concluding month. Previously, we could pay a little fee to extend the tax on new automobiles by one or two weeks, which was beneficial for meeting our monthly or quarterly targets. Otherwise, buyers may decline to accept the vehicle until the following month, resulting in the automobile being attributed to next month's sales numbers, which is suboptimal. It is unclear if new vehicle dealers are still permitted to do that; clearly, we could not do such action on the day of the plate change.
  2. Concurred.I am unable to access my Nationwide account or my wife's Yorkshire Building Society account. Simple with Barclays, however. It seems to be one of the distinctions between a bank and a building society.
  3. Who visits the bank to deposit a cheque? Is it still the 1990s in your location?; Access your banking application, capture images of both sides of the cheque, verify the amount, await clearance, and then trash the cheque. Task completed. Simple!!!👍
  4. Typically, lowering links substitute the original components connecting the suspension arm to the chassis-mounted sensor without necessitating any coding. A longer connection results in a lowered vehicle.
  5. Does the vehicle include coil springs in the front and air suspension in the rear? I have never seen the term "lowering links with coils." Are they perhaps referring to the front headlamp levelling links?
  6. Indeed, it functioned on my son's 25-year-old Passat; nevertheless, I cannot ascertain its longevity.

This issue is rather prevalent in N47 and N57 engines, regrettably. I now own an F15 40d with a malfunctioning bottom end.

Out of inquisitiveness What is the issue with your engine? Ensure that you replace the chains before to installing the replacement, as you would like not to remove it later for this purpose.

The fundamental engine will remain unchanged; you will just need to transfer your ancillary components.

Is the whole vehicle identical in form to the F10/F11 model you possess?

Ensure it originates from a 20d rather than an 18d

N47d20c must originate from the F series due to discrepancies between engines in the older E series vehicles.
  14. The weight and gearbox type do not influence the noise produced by a ticking OM651 engine at idle.
  15. Are you surprised that during the course of nine years, you did not pursue hydraulic lifter treatments?
