Greetings, all! My Range Rover Evoque 2.2 Diesel, which has the ZF 9HP 9-speed automatic gearbox, recently developed a gearbox problem, and I would appreciate any advice you can give me. Issue at Hand: The gearbox abruptly disengaged into Neutral two nites ago as I was travelling at approximately 80 km/h on a straight road and heard a whistling or whining noise. Initially, I disabled the engine, used the key fob to lock and unlock the car, and then restarted. After choosing option D, the error disappeared, and the vehicle drove smoothly thereafter. But the problem came back the following day. There was no way to fix the diagnostic error this time because the gearbox stayed locked. Diagnostic Results from an OBD-II Scan: The hydraulic pressure sensor (P0936-64, Permanent) has an intermittent circuit. The processor for the gearbox control module is P0613-44, and it is intermittent. Transmission control system (MIL request): P0700-00 (Intermittent) A high-speed CAN communication bus, U0001-87/U0001-86 (Intermittent) I am unable to unlock the gearbox because my scanner has marked the P0936-64 code as Permanent. My mechanic is going to lower the sump pan to check for a physical problem with fluid pressure, which could be an oil pump or torque converter issue. But since the warning indicates a hydraulic pressure sensor intermittent electrical circuit, I'm trying to figure out whether the problem lies with the mechatronic valve body/solenoids, the external 16-pin connector, oil contamination, or the internal wiring harness. Is anyone familiar with this P0936-64 code? Did you need to replace the pump and all the mechanical parts, or was the problem solved by fixing the electrical connector and wiring harness? A word of wisdom or anecdote would be great

The Mini Cooper S R56 N18 Auto is what I'm selling. Want to get a few things fixed, but the cost of labour is too high. What tasks can I accomplish simultaneously that will be most effective? The parts I'm examining include the timing chain, oil filter housing gasket, bushes, and lower control arms up front. It has 80,000 but is seldom used. Would you happen to have any recommendations for reputable brands of OE plus parts? best wishes

Half of that time was spent cleaning two nearby banks.Plus, she splattered Astonish over every single pane of glass. Not only did it work for the bank, but it also worked for the windows of my car.
-
No worries. We don't mind if your cars are dirty. Oh, no!

Seems like it should be fine to use. To make it even better, try Astonish on a glass.

Do some research on the Ford-Catcar part.to determine if they are identical, or to simply remove the old one and measure it with a gauge. Get the diagnostic codes for the limp mode using an OBD2 reader or forscan.

To be honest, it is no longer under warranty. I would seek a local independent establishment to service the vehicle. Kia will determine the service schedule based on the year of registration instead than actual mileage.

Have the DPF inspected; I suspect the mileage is genuine, since it is rather questionable to me.

Thank you. Enquiring about the most effective driving methods over long trips given the rapid battery depletion.

Hello, I am operating a new XC60 Recharge in Hybrid mode and depleting the battery almost every day while urban driving. Is it usual to never hear the petrol engine start when in hybrid mode? What if I choose to engage in highway driving after a day in the city; I will have depleted battery power and will be operating only on petrol? What are your thoughts? Thank you.

I understand. Hopefully, this implies that I will get the MY25 version rather than the MY26 version. It seems that they are attempting to position the Shadow model as a more affordable alternative to the GT Line S by eliminating some of the features seen in the GT Line. If I were to place an order at this moment, the Shadow seems to be the most advantageous option if you are unable to afford the GT Line S.

Upon placing my purchase, I distinctly recall that the GT Line was specified to come with "3 zone air conditioning," leading me to infer that it would have rear air controls, while the 3 grade would have "2 zone" air conditioning. The revised statement clarifies that the GT range no longer includes rear air conditioning. The whole information may be found at the following link: https://www.kia.com/uk/new-cars/sportage/specification/ It is my hope, as well as the hope of others, that we will get the exact specification we requested. Is this the updated specification for the next model year? Are you able to identify any further alterations?

I visited the Kia website out of curiosity to learn more about the newly introduced "Shadow" grade. I have placed an order for a GT Line MY25 and it is expected to arrive shortly. Upon reviewing the specification page, I saw that it has been updated for all models. The primary change is the BHP for the Hybrid variant. The initial power output was 226 brake horsepower (bhp), however it was then revised to 212 bhp on my order form. Currently, the reported power output stands at 207 bhp.

Well done! I am like of the colour - it is very pleasing. I am now anticipating the arrival of the mail. "I long for my R8 so I purchased another one!" 😉

Regarding the charger, wireless chargers, regardless of brand, are well known for their lack of power. These devices are designed just to prevent the phone from losing power, but they do not have the capability to recharge it. -
Oops, I completely overlooked the fact that this is an outdated discussion!
