  1. Thank you for your ongoing engagement. I have recently attempted to do just that. Two items: Pressing the AUTO button does not deactivate the AUTO function. This is quite peculiar. In order to deactivate the device, one must hit either the fan triggers or the vent selectors button. I am just noting this since it is peculiar that you must deactivate the AUTO function by modifying other settings. 2) Your proposal This effectively inhibits the fan from rapidly activating and ejecting frigid air towards me. However, after the heater has reached its maximum temperature, the fan remains at its minimal speed and does not regulate its own speed to warm the vehicle. To determine the readiness of the heater, you must either use the AUTO function or manually activate the fan. This proposed solution aims to mitigate the occurrence of cold air blasts during the initial minutes of a cold morning journey. However, it necessitates a period of waiting and estimation for the heating system to reach its desired temperature, which can be reasonably anticipated to take approximately 5 minutes. Nevertheless, this solution represents a significant departure from my previous vehicle, a 2006 Volkswagen Passat, where I would consistently operate the vehicle in AUTO mode from start-up and manually adjust the desired temperature. The fan would only initiate operation once the white heater had reached the desired temperature.
  2. Thank you, it Upon initiation, the fan rapidly attains a power level of 4/7. Every enga takes flight! I will be seeing the dealer.
  3. Thank you for your response. Indeed, I have already attempted it. As the temperature dial is increased, the fan speed also increases, resulting in the direct blowing of chilly air at you. Does the fan only activate when the heater achieves the desired temperature, or is that based on your own experience? Thank you.
  4. Residing in a nation characterised by frigid winters, I see that when I enter the vehicle and activate the engine with the temperature control set to Auto, the fan expels frigid air at a rapid pace. In my last vehicle, the fan begins operation only after the engine reaches its standard temperature. It induces extreme coldness and seems quite peculiar in a vehicle equipped with heated seats and steering wheel. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue are much appreciated!
  5. Uploading a new version of the software to the ECU will probably erase any existing remapping.
  6. What are the component numbers for your OVP and fuel pump?
  7. I had similar inquiries when they were suggested to me, friend πŸ˜‰
  8. The magnetic dash holders adhere to the dashboard and include a small round or square metal component that attaches to the back of the phone or phone case.
  9. My Samsung phone too has the issue of metal sticking to the casing.
  10. I use a spherical adhesive magnet, however both of our phones have cases that the metal plate attaches to. 12. Substitution is straightforward. Regardless of your actions. Disconnect the battery 30 minutes before beginning work and do not reconnect it until you have completed reassembling. To reset the SRS light issue, Land Rover test book software is required, which may be difficult to locate for a 1995 model. To remove the battery, just unscrew two torx screws on the rear and disconnect the airbag electrical connector. Straightforward!
  13. That would not be advisable. The airbag deploys via a horizontally generated aperture in the middle of the steering wheel pad. I would look for a substitute.
  14. My recommendation for anyone receiving electronic warnings is to disregard them and get a dipstick from eBay. It will provide a completely trustworthy method for monitoring your oil level. After emptying all the oil, my experimentation revealed that the electronic sensor indicates there is still 1.4 litres in the engine. When I add oil, the level reaches 6.4 litres on the dashboard and does not increase further despite adding more. Utilise a dipstick for accurate measurements.

  16. The flavour is refreshing and enjoyable. πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„ We really need someone with such an attitude. 🫣😜πŸ₯³
  17. Impressive, my friend. So, did you just connect it directly?
  18. Thank you, friend. Did you have any further problems when you exchanged the clocks? I have a suspicion that I may need to get the 30-day clocks from the donor vehicle and test them on my own car. Was it challenging to accomplish?
  19. Thank you for your response, friend. I will examine it promptly.I will engage in a conversation with a gentleman who specialises in automotive electrical systems.
  20. I neglected to mention that both electronic control units (ECUs) are of the DDE 5 type.
  21. The chassis of my BMW 320d had a piston failure, resulting in the need to replace the engine, EWS unit, etc. I have now installed components from a 330d, and the vehicle is operational and drivable, with the exception of one problem. The oil pressure indicator remains on when starting the engine, despite doing a pressure test that confirms it falls within acceptable limits. I traced the wire on my vehicle from the dashboard to the electronic control unit (ECU) on the body side, and from the sensor to the ECU on the engine plug. Everything seemed to be in good condition with no electrical shorts. I also conducted independent tests by running my own wires, and they functioned well. Therefore, I proceeded to reattach the original wires by soldering them back together. The lights are still illuminated, and I am perplexed. The switch is functioning well. I have tested two switches and all of them activated when the engine was started. However, the light continues to stay on. I have encountered many CAN bus issues that I have identified using INPA. However, I have reached the limits of my own capabilities and believe it is now necessary to seek assistance from a professional. Kindly provide photographs taken at the Indiana State Penitentiary.
