possess a 2017 M240i convertible

Removed it from storage, and after a few days of use, the battery unexpectedly depleted. I replaced the original battery.

Several days later, we attempted to utilize the automobile, only to find the fresh battery was depleted. We connected it to the charger; however, I am now experiencing many issues:

The battery voltage is 12.6 volts while stationary and 14.4 volts when the vehicle is operating. Has not depleted its battery again
chassis failure notification
The electronic convertible top was opening but failed to open, and now it would neither unlock nor open.
The windows are sometimes failing to open. Currently, individual window buttons function, but the "All window" button is nonoperational. The windows do descend and seal when the door is opened or closed.

Any suggestions? What is the cause of the problem and what are the troubleshooting suggestions? No codes available

A fault code scan may elucidate the issue.
You may also attempt the reset by disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes.
Additionally, have you registered or coded the new battery to the vehicle?

I will attempt a reset. I acquired the battery from the nearby BMW store. No one mentioned the need of registering the battery to the vehicle. What is the method for doing this?

No codes are there at the moment, however I will verify with a fresh scanner.

Thank you for your assistance.
