What is defective?

Greetings to everybody! Occasionally, my radio-satellite navigation equipment fails to activate. After I interrupt a circuit (by removing and reinserting the fuse or disconnecting the battery for charging), functionality is restored; but, after a few days of use, the issue reoccurs. Has anybody had a similar issue? What may be defective and need replacement?

A often neglected detail is that the circular volume knob in the heart of the infotainment system functions as an on/off power switch.

Pressing it will deactivate the infotainment system. Power cycling the device by removing the fuse will reactivate it, or alternatively, you may just click the volume button again.

This button may be inadvertently activated when operating a vehicle.

Clearly, there may be an alternative problem with your system; nonetheless, I recommend verifying this first. 👍

Thank you; the swap has already been checked and is not the issue. The infotainment system lacks electricity; but, after removing and reinserting the fuse, it resumes operation, allowing me to toggle it on and off using the power switch.

Is the fuse securely positioned in the fuse holder? Have you attempted to replace the fuse? (Apologies if this is apparent, but it may well be something so straightforward.)
