Preedom
I acquired an E63 5.5 bi-turbo around one month ago and am really enamoured with the vehicle. I believed it prudent to have a comprehensive service and a gearbox service performed. Upon completion of the servicing, the garage informed me of six oil leaks present in the engine. They are informing me that it requires an engine removal, but I am uncertain whether it is worthwhile. None of the leaks exhibit any dripping, and over the course of 1000 kilometres, the oil level has remained unchanged. I will attempt to upload some photographs here. Would you just abandon them? Preedom
I acquired it from a dealer. The task will be performed under warranty; nevertheless, it is uncertain if it justifies an engine removal procedure.
Captiva
Excellent selection of vehicle. I continue to long for mine. A number of owners are available to assist with any concerns you may have. It is advantageous that the warranty will address the leaks. A substantial labour invoice must be settled.
Preedom
The garage has examined it. No error codes are present. They possess the current software version number. However, it is uncertain if it is an old or fresh update. How will we ascertain? Thank you

FreexPatty
If the vehicle is under 30 days old, I would seek a settlement with the dealer promptly or consider returning the vehicle or seeing a separate expert with extensive competence in the M157 or M276 engines. It is essential to inspect the spark plugs for oil and the camshaft position sensors, since oil might leak and damage the ECU.
