It started abruptly, and I was unable to initiate it in a market parking area. Subsequently, I managed to start the vehicle and drove home. Upon arriving home and halting the vehicle, it gradually ceased operation, as if devoid of petrol. Two years ago, I saw that the area around the injectors is damp. I removed them, cleaned them with an ultrasonic cleaner, and replaced the seals, since I believed that was the issue. After I construct the automobile, I am unable to start it. Approximately two years ago, I replaced the fuel filter. Today, I replaced the pipes connected to the hand pump and the gasoline pump inside the tank, although the outcome remains same. Can the injectors be responsible for the problems? I am uncertain if the gasoline reaches the engine. Upon pressing the hand pump, gasoline and air traverse the pipe and return the same distance upon releasing the pump. The glow plugs are functioning properly. Is there a method to manually inject gasoline into the engine? I am uncertain about how to proceed with the search process. Is there anybody familiar with this kind of situation that can assist? I possess just Forscan. Can I measure the pressure using this program? The value during cranking ranges from 417 to 436 kPa. What is the significance of this? Thenornpo Posted December 10, 2024 Share Posted December 10, 2024 FRP refers to Fuel Rail Pressure, which is the pressure delivered to the injectors. Unless my conversational factor is much off, you need around tenfold the pressure now applied for the vehicle to begin operation. Must await the tool to ascertain if gasoline is being delivered with sufficient pressure from the tank to the engine, or whether there is any fuel flow in the tank-engine conduit.
