Greetings, everyone.

The service light on our Kia Picanto illuminated a few days ago. The codes suggest a potential problem with the CMP (Camshaft Position) sensor. Where is the CMP located on this? I presume it is positioned on the rear near the rocker, as indicated by the label "exhaust". Is it sufficiently straightforward to replace?

Perform an initial deletion and see whether it reappears before making any changes, since they often emerge without any apparent cause. If you need to replace it, ensure that you choose an authentic Kia component. Due to the lack of compatibility, Kia and Hyundai vehicles often do not function properly with Pat components.

Apologies. I apologise for any confusion in my previous message. The vehicle in question is a 2011 mk2 model. I believe the videos are of mediocre quality.
