Currently, I am in Indiana for a little while and thereafter need a trip to Denver for around 3 weeks. A group consisting of around 15 individuals is engaged in labour activities in Indiana, then embarking on a journey to Denver to do an additional task.

I am contemplating delegating the task of driving the automobile to one of the individuals, allowing me to just engage in air travel. However, it is noteworthy that air travel does not significantly reduce time consumption. The duration of a door-to-door drive is 16.5 hours. The total duration of the flight is around 7 hours if I park the vehicle at the Indiana Airport, and 10 hours if I park the car at the Chicago airport. However, if I leave the vehicle in Indiana, I will need to return and get it. This is only logical if I successfully finalise this transaction in Kentucky, which I am now working on. I estimate that there is a 65% chance of completing the deal within the next 4 weeks and an 80% chance of concluding it within the next 90 days.

My argument is that, at most, I am able to save 9 hours of my time by travelling by air. Who is aware of the activities I will be doing in three weeks from the bow, excluding the journey back to Chicago if that is my intended destination.

What is my legal responsibility if I allow someone else to operate my vehicle and an accident occurs? I am indifferent to a completely destroyed vehicle. However, I am indeed concerned about a significant legal action. May I get the attorneys to draft a contract that establishes the individual's liability?

If you want the automobile, I would personally operate it. Regardless of your actions, if anything goes awry, I anticipate that you will be involved in it in terms of culpability. If these individuals need motivation from a group of unmarried individuals, would you choose one of them to operate your vehicle during an extended journey?

If they do not reside in your home, you would be protected. I am uncertain if it adheres to their boundaries or yours. I would never allow someone to use my vehicle without my presence.
