Agreed, I would recommend trying Osman first. If that doesn't work, your dealer should be able to quickly get it.

While I may not be well-versed in all the components of the Gen-2 kit, it is crucial for S-Tronic owners to ensure that their kit includes the correct gearbox release tool. It was a red tool in Generation 1. If you are unable to start the automobile, this tool is essential for shifting the gearbox into neutral to facilitate towing onto a flatbed.

Gen-1 owners may find the red tool located underneath the tow hook.

Interestingly, they relocated this feature to a separate bag for Gen-2, since it was integrated beneath the floor of the frunk in Gen-1. It's a little detail, but I am curious about the reason for the change.
