R231 SL400 AMG Line's preferred tyre

Looking through the archives, I couldn't discover any entries about this topic that were published after 2022. Correct me if I'm mistaken; I'd really appreciate it!

Anyhow, I need to change all four tires. The car was in Scotland, so it still has the original Pirelli Sottozero M+S tires. Life in Eastbourne, on England's southern coast, is obviously not fulfilling.

I would prefer a well-known brand that is both quiet and has a nice grip. I would rather not pay top dollar, but I am unconcerned about running economy or lifespan because I do so few miles each year (no more than 2,000).

I am open to any and all suggestions.

Two of the best tyre brands are Michelin Pilot Sport 4S and Continental SC7. However, the price is high.
The Goodyear Asymmetric 6 and F1 tyres are excellent substitutes. You get a better grip and less noise for the same price.

Since tires are subjective, I'm sure you'll be presented with a variety of brands.
