Similar to you, I enjoy rummaging around beneath my antique Porsche, but an independent Mercedes workshop does the majority of the work on my Merc. I saw that the labor to change the air bags was charged as 2 hours when I reviewed my invoice. It is up to you to decide... Are you currently residing in Kent or are you originally from Kent? I saw your name.

Both of my 212s have been bellows, so I can say that from personal experience. You might try spraying the pipes and bellows with some soapy water, although it generally doesn't reveal anything. When parked on a level surface, both of mine would fall over. However, when I drove home on a tiny hill, they tended to stay there, even when the weather got colder. It takes my friend about three hours for her identical model to perform the same thing. The leak became too severe for our friend to continue inflating the bags; eventually, all four vehicles were affected. Because they are a moving component, the bellows are where I would put my money for wear and tear. There have been reports of the air pipes rubbing against the subframe; the most cost-effective solution would be to replace them. Do a search on the forum; you'll find many threads discussing this issue.

ML350 Bluetec problems with DPF, Adblue, and EGR
EchoTrail replied to JetstreamJay's topic in General
I seriously doubt you will receive a response from him because he hasn't returned since May. -
No matter how well it passes the emissions test, removing either cat would technically result in a MOT failure because it is against the rules to remove or alter any factory-fit emissions equipment. Before you remark, "Well, mine passed without secondary," I'll respond: that's fine; we all know it happens sometimes, but it shouldn't. Both of my local test guys have been through mystery shop style inspections this year. One of them had a hollow DPF, which he found, and the other had an EGR that was missing (not programmed out). Now that he's doing so well on his tests, things will only become worse. Adblue deleters and kitten removers, take note: the Ministry will be pursuing you shortly, if not this year or even next.π

My score is 3.5, haha. Due to the lack of changes to this model over the past four years, I am simply seeking updated maps.

Have you considered erasing the entire disc? My guess is that the system recreates everything and the disc just stores individual records and maps. Believe me when I say this isn't true. Please share the photograph if you come across one.

As a guarantee, good will does not expire once a certain amount of time has passed. To give credit where credit is due is the essence of good will. It seems like you're far beyond the coverage of the new car limited warranty, which usually covers paint defects for three years or up to 36,000-50,000 miles on a Mercedes-Benz of that age. They were not required by law to make any kind of offer, and I'm not even claiming it's fair, considering that it's been eight years.

Upon returning from the vehicle wash, my black car remains stationary.

It appears they were best circumvented. Additionally, one must examine what alterations will be implemented during the service. They utilise long-lasting filters, so when you schedule a full service, it is likely that you are merely receiving an oil and filter replacement. A comprehensive breakdown of vehicle collection is generally advisable to ascertain the completed tasks.

It is somewhat peculiar that they altered the pricing significantly. Did they provide the rationale for the increased amount?

Most diagnostic instruments will reset the inspection service. I am a mechanic and possess five distinct diagnostic instruments, including the Ancel you have, and I have recently reset my inspection using it. Your vehicle may require a higher-quality diagnostic machine for the reset, since Audi often complicates access for inexpensive tools in later models, which is why the Ancel may be ineffective.

I cannot provide feedback on a PHEV CX90; but, I can attest that my MHEV (standard six-cylinder turbo) CX90 has performed flawlessly for 39,000 miles. The original tires remain, with a minimum of one additional maintenance period (10,000 miles) remaining. Only underwent standard maintenance and a few software updates for recall concerns that I did not encounter. My MHEV achieves between 26 and 30 miles per gallon on ordinary fuel and possesses sufficient acceleration to rapidly exceed legal speed limits.

Diesel Particulate Filter. Brake Vacuum Sensor. Steering angle transducer. A brief Google search was conducted; nevertheless, please attempt a search on the forum.

I own a C250d engine, OM651 model. Do branded oils really provide a distinction?
