  2. Are the shocks on a 2019 vehicle already worn?
  3. I am uncertain about your situation as a hybrid. The original poster may possess a defective battery. Could a code read be advantageous? In the event of a technical malfunction preventing shutdown, the BCM directs the ECU to deactivate them to preserve sufficient battery charge for vehicle ignition. The heightened usage should not inhibit the vehicle from starting unless the BCM is compromised due to jump starting or voltage surges.
  4. If it is the original battery after 107 years, it likely need replacement. An inadequate or malfunctioning battery may lead to various electrical issues in a BMW. If an automobile is little used and remains in a low state of charge, it may lose its capacity more rapidly than a frequently used car or battery. Consider use the appropriate charger for the AGM battery and see if this yields any improvement.
  5. I am willing to give assistance, but not on this topic.
  6. Can anyone elucidate why my previous W211 320 CDI from 2007 featured a headlight washer button adjacent to the main light switch, whereas its replacement, an almost identical model produced merely six months later, has completely omitted this feature and only activates the headlight washer every ten uses of the primary windscreen washer system? Strange - was it only the accountants exhibiting Mercedes-like behaviour?
  7. It may well be a coincidence, in addition to being the season for battery replacement. Please inform us of your progress.
  8. Therefore, no alignment is necessary whatsoever.
  9. That does not provide a justification for a realignment. If the previous tires exhibited uniform and equal wear, you are satisfied.
  10. What leads you to believe that the alignment requires verification or modification?
  11. In this instance, the issue is an internal battery malfunction, which is a manufacturing defect that occurs sporadically. It should be completely covered and replaced at no cost under the standard warranty. Regrettably, the dealer intends to substitute the original battery with a similarly feeble one that has a Cold Cranking Amps (CCA) rating of 525, when a suitable replacement should have a CCA rating of 650 or more to account for the ongoing power loss from the vehicle's electrical components.
  12. Replace the starter promptly if noticing a decrease in its speed. If not, it may cause significant disruption with key fobs and warning indicators. The battery is of poor quality. I recommend purchasing one with a Cold Cranking Amps (CCA) rating of 660 or higher. I purchased mine at Sam's and it is excellent. I personally inserted it to ensure that it is securely fastened.
  13. Describe the consequences of the failure and if the automobile remains operable but with significant difficulty in steering. Have the fuses been inspected?
  14. No, the automobile will come to a complete halt and you will have to use the pull cord located at the front of the vehicle to start the internal combustion engine. Just kidding. Apologies, I was unable to restrain myself. The preceding comments made by others.
