You are not required to operate it. Engage the gear...apply significant pressure on the brake pedal. The HOLD indicator must light up on the dashboard and remain stationary when you release the brake until you depress the accelerator. My 212 model from 2010 possesses it, whereas our 2006 A Class lacks it.
-
I appreciate it. Does anyone know how I can ascertain whether a particular model possesses that feature? Testing it through a trial run appears somewhat excessive for pinpointing a singular attribute.
-
I do not remember encountering it as a distinct option or feature code, but to the best of my knowledge, it is included in all models manufactured over the past two decades, and it is undoubtedly available in the A-Class with the Renault-sourced engines.
-
What code on the VIN printout signifies that a vehicle has HOLD? Is this feature exclusive to MB engines rather than non-MB engines found in models such as A and B class? I enquire because I have a strong affinity for it, and it would significantly impact any forthcoming acquisition.

Do you possess an image of the problematic object? It could potentially be feasible?

Enquire at a dealership; they will possess what you require.

Is it feasible to merely substitute the AdBlue connector that connects to the AdBlue injector, given that it is leaking at that point? I am aware that many have had it removed, but I would prefer to restore it if feasible without substituting the entire line.

When this occurs, which it frequently will, refrain from altering anything. Simply await the restoration of Kia's servers.

It appears to be functioning properly now since I can access my account.
-
Indeed, I encountered the same issue, but it is functioning properly now. This occurred approximately a week prior, so I understood to be patient and attempt again later. I am uncertain if this is connected to the same server issue, but the navigation feature (route calculation) was also malfunctioning for me earlier.

Mines are operational again for both Kia and Hyund
-
The vehicle's weather functionalities are also malfunctioning, indicating an issue with the Kia servers.
-
Indeed, I am unable to access the Kia or Hyundai applications.

Indeed, I am also unable to access my account. I altered my password yet remain unable to access my account.

Greetings to all. Is anyone experiencing issues with the Kia application? Error 401000.

In what context does the QS belong among those variations? The power steering pump emits a screeching noise when it runs dry and likely has a limited lifespan in such circumstances.
-
There are three primary subframe categories: coupe, roadster, and VR6. The final two possess additional reinforcement/threaded bolt apertures.
-
Regarding steering racks: LHD and RHD are evidently dissimilar. V6 exhibits distinct characteristics as well. Regrettably, in RHD, the FWD and quattro configurations exhibit differences.

I appreciate it; I just discovered an excellent document referenced in this forum that elucidates the entire procedure. I suppose I shall have to attempt it. Inquiry: Are the steering racks and front subframes uniform across all Mk1 models? I am aware of a 2005 roadster with 150bhp that is not equipped with Quattro.
-
Updated rack schedule. Ensure you acquire a TT rack. The Golf/Jetta rack is compatible and functions adequately, yet the ratio differs—requiring additional wheel rotations to achieve equivalent tire movement. Should seal kits be accessible and you possess a sense of adventure, you might consider attempting a rebuild. However, that would elevate the period of inactivity.

My 2000 APX Roadster has been inactive for the past six months, primarily due to a steering issue. The power steering began emitting a foul noise and exhibited low oil levels, leading me to suspect a power steering hose issue. Equipped with a substitute high-pressure hose, I tackled the task this evening. After extensive searching, I was unable to locate a defective hose, although there was some oil present around the rack. I examined the boot on the passenger side and it appeared to be in good condition. Subsequently, I removed the boot from the driver's side, resulting in a substantial outpouring of oil. It appears that I find myself in a predicament. Is this seal repairable, or must I obtain a new steering rack?

sure enough. It slipped my mind. So far, I've had success with pedaling.
