NightHawk47 Posted September 1, 2025 Share Posted September 1, 2025 The 52a code is only an informational code designed to activate at a certain distance; it does not indicate a malfunction with the DPF. Utilize diagnostics to inform the vehicle about the new DPF installation and then erase the code. The 4afb refers to the brake vacuum pressure sensor, used in the stop-start system. I presume you are experiencing an issue with the stop-start mechanism? A prevalent issue necessitating the replacement of the sensor on the servo. I resolved the issue with the 9520 steering angle sensor on my previous E92 by disassembling the top steering column to clean the optical ring, followed by recalibrating the angle sensor.
