The vehicle was scheduled for an oil cooler and seals repair on Monday, the 18th, one week ago. I retrieved the vehicle on Friday, the 22nd, and after 40 minutes of operation, the engine stuck and failed to restart. They contacted me yesterday to inform that the engine is not functioning and there are metallic particles in the oil filter.
