Problems with Easypack

I just acquired a 2004 R230 vehicle, and unfortunately, the Easypack system is not functioning properly.
The first thing to investigate is the fuse, however the information page does not include details on the Easypack system. Does anybody have any individual ideas?

I should have specified "Loadassist Easypack."
It is a feature that enables you to slightly raise the stored roof while it is in the lowered position. Enhancing accessibility to the trunk space when the roof is stored.

Make sure to elevate the boot to its maximum height. If it is not fully elevated, the simple pack function will not operate.

What is the procedure for activating it? I am curious whether the slot on my R171 SLK is as thin as an Argos brochure when the roof is down. I presume that it is only designated for SL, however I really hope that my assumption is incorrect.

On the r230, fully open the trunk and then click the red button. This will cause the roof to elevate, facilitating the loading process. To shut the roof, ensure that the separator is in the closed position and then hit the red button once again.

Negative! You are correct, I hope you like your 171. I just exchanged mine for the SL model.
