Suitability of tyre gunk

Mrs. Ant's mobility scooter has had many punctures recently. It is OK if this occurs while I am working in the immediate area, but otherwise it puts her in a fairly helpless and exposed situation when she takes the dog for a walk around the village, which is around 2-3 miles away.

I have attempted (without luck) to get sturdy tires.

I am curious about the effectiveness of using tyre sealant to completely fill and pressurise all four tires/inner tubes of her scooter.

Does it solidify/harden?
Will it last indefinitely or progressively deteriorate into a soft, pulpy state?

I get that she would need to adhere to the maximum speed limit of 50mph.

The scooter she owns is the 4mph model, which is prohibited from being used on public roadways.

Thank you in advance

What are the dimensions of the tires? Similar to Trickythemerc, I have successfully used Slime in my bicycle tires. However, it is not a permanent solution and I have discovered that it has to be replenished every few months.

Yes, friend. Mrs. Ant carries them on her Quingo Air, which is a portable scooter stored in the vehicle trunk for outside activities.

The other scooter is far more robust and has both front and rear suspension, making it suitable for firm terrain.
