Comparison of AC power between CX90 and CX9

Hello everyone, I would want to inquire whether the air conditioning performance of the CX90 has been enhanced compared to the previous generation CX-9, which was only marginally satisfactory.
Is the compressor size and overall refrigeration unit on the CX90 more powerful than on the CX-9?
The previous generation of the CX-9 was much less powerful compared to the original CX-9, which had a very cool and impressive performance.

While I acknowledge that this may be a matter of personal opinion, I have experienced temperatures above 100 degrees Fahrenheit in Florida on many occasions without needing to use the air conditioning at its highest setting. I am content with it.

Have you ever owned or driven a CX-9 in comparable hot conditions in order to make a comparison?
The AC performance of the CX-9 has significantly declined from its previous generation in 2016 and beyond.

Having experienced both, I am able to discern the difference. The temperature of 90 degrees decreases more rapidly, particularly in the MHEV (uncertain about the PHEV).

On the ninth iteration, they used the same compressor as the fifth iteration, resulting in a slightly decreased power output for the ninth iteration. While it is not inherently negative, one may discern a noticeable difference.

The large windscreen of the 9 was not beneficial since it allowed excessive heat to enter.

What significantly improved the situation on the 9 was the application of window tinting to the front windows (except the windscreen), thereby reducing the amount of heat entering the vehicle.

Significantly improved throughout the 1990s. My Mazda CX9 required an excessively long time to generate heat and never achieved a very low temperature.

Consider tinting the side windows with the appropriate shade, as recommended. Not all hues have sun filtering capabilities, just so you know.
