I get carsoft messages.

I am seeing a warning on my vehicle's display indicating that the Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) and Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) are not functioning properly. The handbook provided by the vehicle manufacturer has more information on this issue. I connected it to the iCarsoft device and received the accompanying notifications. Does this imply that both rear wheel speed sensors need to be replaced? Thank you very much.

Utilise the iCarsoft to do a dynamic assessment of all four corners while driving. Activate the live data feature and go on a drive to identify any corner that is providing inaccurate feedback data in comparison to the other three.

I am always sceptical when many sensors simultaneously indicate issues.

Conduct a test to see whether there is any element, such as a connection, that might potentially result in several failures occurring at the same time.

After conversing with a representative from iCarsoft, they suggested that the issue may stem from a defective ABS module or damaged wires.

I just had the same issue with my E-Class vehicle. There is a malfunction with the sensor located on the rear right side. I first replaced the sensor, which was a rather easy task. However, after resetting the code, I encountered another issue related to the signal. Therefore, the impulse ring required replacing. A significant amount of suspension components needed to be disassembled in order to reach the ring located at the end of the driveshaft. Therefore, I decided to have my nearby garage repair it, which they successfully performed. The amount is £150. However, the mechanic did mention that the process was not really fun. (That is a courteous rendition of his statement) Please anticipate it! After a period of 3 weeks, the dashboard lights have once again illuminated. The icarsoft device has malfunctioned and now the error is being caused by the left rear sensor. Therefore, I will need to repeat the whole procedure. Fortunate am I. When two defects occur simultaneously, it is possible that there is another underlying cause.

After consulting with many individuals and doing thorough investigation, I am wondering whether the problem might perhaps be attributed to a faulty ABS control unit that requires replacement.

The Mercedes service centre informed me that both rear impulse rings of my vehicle need to be replaced. I have purchased authentic components on eBay and I want to bring them to a nearby automotive workshop to get a price estimate. Does anybody have an estimate of the anticipated cost?
