I have another post on the battery issue, or so I thought.

Now, let's attempt using a fresh, fully charged device obtained from a neighbour.

There is no start, and while the lights are clearly bright, there is no other indication of the engine rotating or any clicking sound from the starter. The engine is completely dead.

There may be an ignition malfunction.

I can really see it being abandoned at this point.

A reader may not provide assistance. Verify the authenticity of the drive in the EIS and engine ECU. This serves as the first point of contact. Following the evident examination of the fuse.

The starting signal wire, which extends from the front SAM/fuse box to the starter motor, is characterised by its purple coloration. Does a voltage exist when the device is cranked?
