Requesting a duplicate electronic key for the W124 model.

Greetings, everyone. I own a 1995 W124 E220 and I am seeking a replica electronic key. The cost from the authorised dealer is £340 excluding VAT.
Does anybody have knowledge of any alternate alternatives? I have attempted to engage with other local merchants, but, it seems that the age of the car is the primary obstacle. Thank you for taking the time to read my article.

Greetings, I am astonished by the fact that you own an electronic key. I own a 1995 model 124 vehicle, and the key for it is purely mechanical, devoid of any electrical components. Can you describe the appearance of yours?

The last models of the w124 series were equipped with either one or two remote locking keys, together with a standard manual key. The manual key performed all functions of the remote key, except for remotely unlocking the doors. It was initially envisioned that it may serve as an emergency backup or be used to open the trunk without unlocking the remainder of the vehicle. The aftermarket alarm systems fitters often used the remote locking circuit as an arm/disarm piggyback circuit.

Identical to mine.

I would appreciate it if you could provide information on a provider. All the sources I have checked so far only provide supplies for W210s, starting with the oldest models.

If I recall well, I believe that late 124's equipped with the remote control infrared lock/unlock and alarm option (shown by red and green bar lights) were accompanied with blipper keys. However, I remember the keys having a more triangular form.
