  1. The red and green indicators are almost in line, but they are never perfectly aligned; more recently, the vehicle has been leaning to the right while the left side is somewhat lowered. There is a slight tilt to the left side. As an alternative, it can be the other way around or have the back overly elevated. The highway icon is missing from the dial; I thought I had it. It does seem to be on the diagnosis tablet, which is confusing me.
  2. To begin with, I apologise for the delay in responding. It is a 2007 model, and it does feature the highway emblem, if that is the dynamic mode you are referring to.
  3. Excuse me, Since we disassembled the automobile, I've been dealing with this issue. Prior to it, the vehicle drove flawlessly straight and true, without any balancing problems whatsoever. The U0155-87 error code was the most prominent of many issues that surfaced following the split. Once we were able to rebalance the car, the inaccuracy went away, but it's still not entirely level. The right side of the back of the vehicle is elevated above the remainder of the vehicle, and the back of the vehicle appears lifted in comparison to the front. There is a constant whistling sound when I'm travelling at high speeds. The ride is fairly harsh, and the back end is incredibly springy. From time to time, I'll notice that the automobile is sitting with one side entirely raised and the other side totally dropped. My previous attempts: Depleting the air reservoir. Compressor replacement. Struggling to adjust the level (very difficult right now) I would be eternally grateful for any insight you can provide as to the nature of the issue, its probable origins, or your own personal experience with a comparable situation. Fixing this has been an absolute nightmare. Much obliged.
  4. By 2012, the majority had the latest version of the N47, therefore it seems that the E82 never got it. It is evident that BMW did not update the previous 1 Series with the release of the F2X. Then, that safety belt ought to work.
  5. A 2012 harness might not work because your vehicle's manifold, throttle valve, and perhaps DPF sensor configuration is changed from that year. Instead of being located beside the alternator, yours, if my memory serves me well, has the manifold with the throttle body close to the oil filter.
  6. Plus, to be really honest with MB, even though BWM claims their automatic gearbox is "sealed for life," ZF suggests changing the oil and filter at approximately 60,000 miles. Actually, maybe with a hint of cynicism, BMW is more than happy to sell you the refresh kit to accomplish the task they claim isn't necessary πŸ™„.

  8. The pricing ranged substantially, I noticed that. Purchased ten for Β£6.39, but witnessed a man attempting to sell four for Β£16.00!
  9. Great. Will place an eBay purchase for a set.
  10. Sportage 2017 Kia It appears that a pothole has severely struck the rear nearside mudflap, ripping off what appear to be two screws in comparison to the offside mudflap. Can someone tell me where I can get the screws I need, or will Kia simply charge exorbitant prices?
  11. I concur; high mileage is subjective and may encompass anything up to 250,000 miles, I presume. The service history is crucial; after you identify a desired vehicle, obtain the VIN and contact BMW support. They will provide you with the servicing details via email, allowing you to verify if it corresponds with the iDrive records. Indeed, servicing nine times out of ten is crucial; nevertheless, the issue lies in BMW's imprudent extended mileage oil intervals, which may be acceptable for the initial years but are suboptimal. Consequently, even with 100,000 miles on the odometer, individuals erroneously believe that changing the oil every 13,000 to 18,000 miles is adequate. If an individual has performed the servicing themselves, there may be concerns regarding their use of appropriate oil or opting for inferior products from discount retailers, necessitating the examination of invoices.
  12. Both vehicles are commendable. The 420d is the more economical option for operational expenses, while the 430d offers somewhat enhanced performance; nonetheless, it is not significantly powerful. Locating a 420d that has been customised by an owner or searching online for a 420d Individual will provide you with the desired vehicle and greater reassurance compared to the troubles seen by the 30d at elevated mileage.
  13. The gearbox frequently enters a protective mode, as you said, when an engine failure occurs. Best of luck with the resolution. πŸ‘
