  1. If the vehicle starts and operates without issues, I would be inclined to refrain from making any changes. If a plug becomes broken, it may be extracted by drilling, but it may not be worth the inconvenience if the engine is functioning well. Two out of the six plugs in my OM642 engine have failed, although this has had no significant impact. Due to a malfunctioning relay, none of the plugs were operational, resulting in a delayed cold start. I used the vehicle in that manner for about a year without experiencing any kind of misfire. In addition to occasional plug failures and relay issues, I have also had a failure of the 225A 'mega fuse' in the glowplug circuit.
  2. I decided to take a risk and purchased an inexpensive pair of HIR2 LED bulbs for £9. Given the price, the durability of the product remains uncertain, however it represents a significant improvement compared to the first candle light halogens (as seen in the accompanying picture). The items were sent in a well-protected box with a foam insert. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/285235510906
  3. I am uncertain if this is a technical malfunction, but sometimes when I visit this platform, I see a discussion thread that is many weeks or months old, but it captures my attention as if I am reading it for the first time. This happens despite my consistent selection of the "new posts" option upon each visit.
  4. Additionally, it is possible to consider the impact of increased sales volume. Therefore, it is possible to operate with a reduced profit margin.
  5. I get your sentiment, since it can be quite an intimidating endeavour when doing it for the first time. If I am able to locate a supplier based in the United Kingdom, I am very inclined to undertake this endeavour in the month of January, since I will not be engaged in any professional activities and will therefore have a sense of ennui.
  6. Great, I am forward to hear your results. After having performed this task on my 5-series, I am certainly inclined to repeat it on my 6-series.
  7. Apologies for the mistake, here is the correct link: https://bmods.co.uk/product-category/bmw-androids/
  8. I purchased one of these products for my F10 5-series vehicle and it performed really well. Regrettably, a product specifically designed for the F13 model is not available. From an electronics standpoint, it is quite probable that it will function without any issues. However, the primary concern would be the mounting process.
  9. That is really gloomy! Perhaps I would acknowledge that throughout nighttime, I am unable to discern anything situated behind me. Utilising my wing mirrors will, at the very least, be an advantage.
  10. Thank you for the responses, everyone. I have decided to promptly remove the tint from the door, since it will not have a significant influence. I am concerned about the back portion of the device because of the screen warmer. Do you have any prior experience with this issue, or is it just a matter of chance to determine whether the heater will peel off? Upon doing an online search, it was found that the P60 pack includes the following features: rear windows with privacy glass and triangular side windows with privacy glass (exclusive to Coupés).
  11. I have just acquired a previously owned vehicle equipped with the "P60 - Night Package Exterior," but I suspect that someone has applied a layer of tint over it. However, locating specific information might be challenging. Therefore, I am seeking clarification from individuals in our community who may provide insight on two specific inquiries: 1 - Has this been coloured? 2 - Is the "Night Pack" tint a separate film or integrated into the glass? (If I get all the film removed, will there still be some residual tint or will it return to being completely transparent?) Thank you!
