This is due to your lack of a stalk. Vehicles equipped with stalks lost the functionality to toggle between TACC and FSD following the update 2023.44.30.x. Vehicles lacking stalks, such as yours, can utilise the scroll button as you indicated. If there has been a modification allowing an individual with a stalk to transition effortlessly between TACC and FSD without halting the vehicle or altering the mode, or establishing a separate driver profile, that would be valuable information. One would assume Tesla would provide an option for vehicles equipped with stalks to utilise the button, but to my knowledge, they have not. The battery replacement was successful. The replacement was installed, and the alert has disappeared. Avoid tampering with the service menus.

Indeed I have not modified it since 2023, allowing me to utilise either TACC or FSD with one or two pulls. When I am in FSD and encounter a pothole, I can disengage FSD, causing the vehicle to revert to TACC. Was it reinstated? I possess an outdated 2018 Model 3 and doubt that the forthcoming improvements will offer any significant enhancements for me.

I possess a 2018 vehicle equipped with a failing Atlas LV battery. I visited the service centre, and they provided me with a new AtlasBX. The existing service notes recommend updating to version 2023.32 and performing certain actions in the service menu; however, I am still on version 2023.27.12. I am enquiring if anyone has successfully replaced the battery without adhering to the firmware update specified in the instructions. A previous procedure must have occurred; the service menus appear to differ from the current instructions. I wish to refrain from updating the firmware to avoid losing the double/single pull functionality for EAP/FSD. The majority of YouTube videos do not demonstrate individuals using the service menu.

Avoid engaging the brake in subzero conditions.

My TPMS indicates a pressure marginally higher than the observed value. On both my Jaguar and my Mercedes. There is a minor discrepancy in tyre pressure monitoring system readings from side to side on the Mercedes, although it is negligible. The system is engineered to identify pressure drops due to leaks and performs effectively in this capacity. I depend on the precise pressure recorded at the valve stem for accuracy.

I once experienced a sticky rear calliper that emitted a sound like of a Chinook helicopter trailing behind me, prompting me to search for one humorously.

I intended to participate in the tour this year but had time for only one, so I opted for the Mercedes museum instead, believing my wife would like it; it was quite enjoyable.

All CX70 models should include additional storage capacity. By lifting the cover from inside and folding it forward, more room is created; furthermore, a panel located slightly behind the back seats may be flipped for even greater capacity.

I have made a decision to acquire it, and I could also provide photographs of the before and after stages. It is comparatively inexpensive for its value and, as significant, it is very user-friendly, which ultimately convinced me. Occasionally, males still remark, "nice car." I sometimes park it while Mrs. M shops for a few goods at the local supermarket, positioning it along a route away from most other cars, similar to other Mercedes-Benz owners. On warmer days, some others comment on it, just as I do at times. The most recent instance of a guy offering a compliment occurred in Eastbourne a few months prior. While on route to our hotel, the road was obstructed owing to construction. As I executed a three-point turn, I inquired whether it was legal to park behind the truck, to which he praised the automobile, greatly enhancing my day. In my opinion, the private plate enhances its perceived value, making it visually striking. This is just the second car I have owned (all previous vehicles were 12 to 18 months old at the time of purchase). Despite being almost 9 years old with 24,500 miles, it still seems impressive to me. I am inclined to switch to the new GLE; however, we never use the vehicle beyond local errands and sometimes transporting our grandchildren. I will upload pictures in a few weeks; I am 99% positive I will proceed with the purchase and execution.

The vehicle would fit in the garage, but I would need to exit via the back hatch. Contemplating the vehicle washes. It occurs more often than annually on average. I have had it since its acquisition in 2016. During the first months, I bathed it monthly, and it remained clean both outside and inside. I had two Mercedes-Benz vehicles over many months, the prior being a C-Class model and the current one. However, it was vandalized a second time, which suggests to me that vandals are drawn to cleaner vehicles; so, I stopped washing it and only had it cleaned via the MB service at the 12-month mark. I have hosed the underside many times over the last three years. Since my departure from employment around 8.5 years ago, the average frequency of washes has been roughly once annually. The inside is vacuumed about every 16 months, if not less often. I maintain two sets of dustpans and brushes to clean the mats outside the vehicle. Typically, only Mrs. M and I occupy the car, and the seats are dusted and cleaned approximately every five to seven weeks. The dashboard and doors are wiped down every couple of weeks, while the interior of the windscreen is also attended to. I clean the exterior windows about four to five times annually and the interior windows twice a year. The boot is very clean, since I periodically remove and shake off the carpet sheet every few months. The vehicle has had little food consumption, we do not smoke, have no pets, and regard ourselves as quite clean. I use home sprays that purport to eliminate odors in the car throughout the summer. When the vehicle is parked in the driveway and becomes heated, I leave the windows open for a few hours to maintain freshness. I have applied leather polish to the seats about four times since acquiring the vehicle. The rain does the majority of the cleansing. I clean the outside of the wheel rims with a moist towel around four times annually. Indeed, when MB serves the vehicle and it has been cleaned and positioned outside the main entrance on occasion (I did not use MB for the past service), I momentarily ponder if it is my automobile. I will surely try the Turtle Wax shine product, and if it performs well, I will have the vehicle cleaned. EDIT: I regret not having it washed, as it represents hard-earned money from both myself and Mrs. M. However, it serves to deter vandals. I employed the same strategy with my previous vehicles, as all of them were slightly above what the average person drives. In my opinion, clean or shiny cars attract undesirable attention.

Turtle Group - a reputable name Under 10 pounds, no police involvement necessary. I acquired my automobile, a new model, in 2016, with 24,000 miles on it. Cleaned annually, often by MB. I was cleaning bird droppings with damp kitchen paper and subsequently saw that the plastic had somewhat faded. What is your opinion? Have you used it for the cost without the need of a polisher or similar tools? I will attempt it, and if I get a score of at least 6 out of 10, I will proceed with our daughter's RCZ. What attracted my attention was its dual functionality and user-friendliness. Edit: I am uncertain about the status of the link from Halfords; I have included an image below in case it fails to function for you.

Curiously enough… Administered the first application of Hydra cetane yesterday as a component of winter preparations. Significantly less expensive per liter than purchasing premium gasoline, therefore representing a more economical alternative to continuous premium fuel use. Incidentally, one of my sons is employed by a certain Formula 1 racing team and has previously worked at the Millbrook testing facility in the UK. We have already noted that earlier testing on gasoline additives were inconclusive or not publically available; hence, I am observing vehicle performance for future quantifiable 'imperial' assessments. 👍

Greetings,My 220D (OM651) often starts loudly when cold, however after about 15 seconds and upon reaching the end of the road, it becomes quieter.Has anybody used additives to mitigate minor lifter noise? Observed the Wynns Hydraulic Valve Lifter Treatment 325ml, which states...Restores the effective operation of hydraulic valve lifters. Reduces noise from hydraulic valve lifters. Inquiring if it is more deceptive than advantageous, since I am scheduled for service soon, making it an opportune moment with new engine oil.

If you have a recall, it is most likely for a NOx sensor, which should be addressed free of charge by Mercedes. I had mine completed, although I was unaware of the recall until I checked online for its MOT, since the previous owner had not addressed it.

Hello, have you received any recall information on the vehicle?

In the USA and Canada, they were marketed as the 2017 model year, despite being manufactured and sold in early 2016. Europe was marketed as the 2016 model year.
