No option for battery registration was provided for Ista.

Several discussions have taken place about scan tools, and it has been noted that some of the Foxwell models are well regarded. Considering acquiring one for myself. Take a moment to observe the top posts on the right side and consider sending a private message to one of them or creating a new post specifically about scan tools. -

ISTA+ is an abbreviation for Integrated Service Technical Application Plus. It seems that you have a discrepancy in the files inside your images. I own an E series E91 vehicle, hence an Icom connection is not applicable. You have two options. Certain portable scanning equipment enable you to either register a new battery or update your ista. Regrettably, I lack the requisite expertise to provide guidance on changing it. -

To get the version information in ISTA, just click on the spanner icon located at the top and choose the "version" option. It will enumerate several things. What are the first two numbers? The value of my first photo is 4.15, whereas the value of the second picture is 4.10. -

I am aware that it is a challenging task to establish. Programming the battery is often a straightforward process accomplished by double-clicking the Register Battery Option twice. This method is effective as long as you are replacing the battery with a similar one. I am unable to reprogram a battery of a different kind using ISTA-D. To do this, I would need to use ISTA-P. Frankly, it has been quite a while since I last used it. Are you aware of the specific version you possess? -

Is it possible that you are using an outdated iteration of ISTA+? The appearance of your menu diverges from the two versions I own on separate machines, as seen below. Both versions include the capability to incorporate items into the test plan. -
Congratulations on achieving a long-desired goal, and I extend the same sentiment to you and your loved ones. Currently, I do not own a R8. However, I can provide you with information on the measures I take for my Huracan. I use a reputable battery charger, such as Battery Tender, which is connected to the battery terminals on a constant basis. This is because I only drive the vehicle once a week, at most. I have not seen any detrimental consequences on my vehicle or other vehicles that are seldom used. While several individuals highly recommend CTEK battery tenders, my own experience was disappointing as my malfunctioned within a span of 6 months. I trust that this information will be beneficial, and I am certain that others will also contribute their thoughts.

The last models of the w124 series were equipped with either one or two remote locking keys, together with a standard manual key. The manual key performed all functions of the remote key, except for remotely unlocking the doors. It was initially envisioned that it may serve as an emergency backup or be used to open the trunk without unlocking the remainder of the vehicle. The aftermarket alarm systems fitters often used the remote locking circuit as an arm/disarm piggyback circuit.

I am now working at Morrisons in Amble, as I have returned to Warkworth to play golf. On my way to Newcastle United, I saw a Tesco and decided to switch fuels. I used to fill up at Esso, but it was 15p per litre more expensive than Morrisons. By the way, I recall that you are from the Amble region, correct?

Essentially, this is accurate. The intercooler was entirely damaged as well. I had to purchase a new one, along with a turbo, just to assess its performance.
-
The technician expressed astonishment at the severe extent of the turbo's damage, noting that fragments had entered the system via the return pipe. Given their strong reputation in the local community, I have no grounds to doubt their credibility.

Recently, I received unfortunate news about my 2012 520d vehicle, which I had owned for less than a year. The turbo has malfunctioned, causing debris to scatter. It seems that some of this debris has entered areas where it should not be. Consequently, I am contemplating selling it. I would want to know the approximate value I may anticipate receiving for it. Thank you in advance.

My 2016 model car with a 170 horsepower elite trim had this issue for almost one year. Performed two thorough inspections on all engine mounts and gearbox mounts. The garage conducted a thorough search but failed to discover any issues. However, the MOT garage acknowledged the presence of a problem but was unable to identify or provide an explanation for it. I had the suspension, exhaust, and every other conceivable components inspected. There is no happiness or satisfaction. One day, it abruptly ceased and never returned, hopefully avoiding any potential jinx. I remained uncertain about the nature of the problem, to the extent that I had reached the point of having the clutch disassembled and examined. My experience was characterised by fluctuations in acceleration and deceleration. Best wishes. The automobile was really bothersome to the point that I considered selling it, despite my affection for it.

Regarding the OM642 engine, I cannot provide a definitive answer. However, as a general observation, it is common to find two distinct sensors. One sensor is responsible for measuring the coolant temperature and transmitting this information to the Engine Control Unit (ECU). The second sensor, known as the coolant temperature sender, is responsible for providing data to the temperature gauge shown on the dashboard. It is advisable to investigate more.
