MollyCircuit
I purchased a car for my son’s 16th birthday, and it was an enjoyable vehicle. Regrettably, after around 2000 miles, it had failures of the high-pressure fuel pump, timing chain, water pump, and developed an oil leak. I was unable to address all of them immediately. The son was driving on the motorway when the water pump malfunctioned, causing the engine to overheat and resulting in a loss of compression. MollyCircuit
Is it feasible to use a non-S N18 engine and incorporate a turbocharger onto the long block?
WordSnoop
The pistons are identical; the N18 has direct injection, while the N16 and N12 use port injection.
