I have seen a progressive deterioration in their service and meticulousness. I am considering switching to an alternative garage. My experience may just be a result of misfortune. Is anybody now use these and still achieving excellent performance and diagnostic capability? I want to ensure that I am providing them with a fair opportunity. I was pleased with their job; however, Steve was always on the phone while concurrently working on other automobiles. Their bills lacked clarity and were sent via email one or two days post-visit. I also recommended them to two acquaintances, one of whom has three Mercedes vehicles. I found myself at the curb with a non-charging notification displayed, so I called him.
