DolSquirrel
Greetings, everybody. I am consistently experiencing difficulties with the post catalytic converter oxygen sensor in my e90 2.0 petrol vehicle. If I decide to replace the sensor, is there any further action required to inform the car's system that a new sensor has been installed, or can I just change it and leave it as is? Thank you. Grundysp
Simply reset the trouble code after the replacement component has been installed.
DolSquirrel
If the sensor is defective, might it potentially trigger other error codes?
Grundysp
That is feasible I have seen it do such behaviour before. BMW vehicles may exhibit several issues when a single component malfunctions.
DolSquirrel
The 🤞 indicates that the Nox sensor is reporting ageing, but I am aware that it is a recently installed sensor, therefore it cannot be undergoing the process of ageing. This situation is distressing and frustrating for me.

Boxck
You should take action since the sender is informing you that the revenue measured air is not in proportion at the output side.
