Seconsu
Greetings, 2016 model with 43,000 miles, maintained by a Mercedes specialist in Bradford. Approximately 4,300 miles annually. The specialist possesses three vehicles for the identical purpose. Two vehicles have high mileage, and one has 85,000 miles but has missed a few service intervals. They have recommended contacting Mercedes Leeds to explore the possibility of obtaining a contribution toward the expense, given its minimal mileage and service record. I must bring it to the primary dealer for evaluation. I comprehend the rationale behind it. Am I squandering my time and £190.00 on a diagnostic when it is probable that Mercedes Germany will decline assistance? I prefer the independent to undertake the task. Mastervest
What is the problem? At the age of 10, it seems rather optimistic to assume that MB will be inclined to pay.
Seconsu
I submitted the concern. Counselled by an MB expert to attempt. Mechanical malfunction at 43,000 miles, maintained every 4,300 miles. This is not favourable, is it? It seems to be a widely recognised and recorded failure.

Seconsu
Issue in the thread's title. Thoroughly recorded cam/followers. Engine rattle/tick. Components revised in subsequent models. Substandard metal or insufficient lubrication may be the cause. Mercedes in Germany is fully cognisant of the issues. Typically, vehicles with such low mileage do not require oil and filter changes every 4500 miles.
