  1. I believe the sump does not have a consistent depth.
  2. I am replacing the engine oil in my E320 CDI equipped with an inline 6-cylinder engine. The ground is level. The dipstick tube is there, however there is no dipstick included. I extracted 6.5 litres of oil using a Pela 6000 vacuum pump, which took a considerable amount of time. Now presented with the following: The oil capacity is 7.3 litres. I use the electronic measurement features on the dashboard. The oil level is 2.4 litres. Quantity of oil needed: 2 litres Neither of these options seem to be practical. I lack an oil dipstick but own a gearbox dipstick. I inserted it and it displays 70mm oil. If both electronic readings are inactive, what volume of oil does a measurement of 70mm on the dipstick represent? If it is 0.8 litres, then it would match the 6.5 litres that were taken.
  3. Hello, Could someone provide a detailed explanation of the requirements for converting the double to single swivel on the passenger side of my 2020 114 Vito? I believe I have located all the necessary components from eBay and Jennings seats. However, I would be appreciate it if someone could verify or provide guidance. -Looking for a single passenger chair, preferably a Tunga model, on ebay. - eBay offers a base for a single passenger. - Jennings provides a fasp swivel base. Where may I potentially get accommodation? I am concerned about the electrical components since I lack sufficient knowledge and expertise in this area. Apologies for bringing up this topic again, but there is valuable advise available on this platform. Assistance would be much appreciated.
  4. Thank you for your responses, guys. Unfortunately, I have been unable to uncover any information on UK internet sites. However, our counterparts in the United States do not have the same issue. Therefore, the options are either to repair or replace with the original equipment (OE) from Mercedes-Benz.
  5. Respectfully, it appears that you have not recently purchased any counterfeit panels. Your statement may have been accurate in the past, but nowadays, most panels are of comparable quality to original equipment. In the last two years, I have acquired two new wings for my 124 coupé, and they fit flawlessly straight from the packaging. The gaps between the wing and the bonnet, as well as the wing and the doors, are excellent. And the most satisfying aspect is... Each item cost £24 and a little amount of change.
  6. Could someone provide guidance on where to get front wings for an R129? I am looking for original equipment quality, but not from Mercedes-Benz, since they are unable to provide financing due to my age.
