Same here I got a Volvo V60 R-Design from them just before Christmas. There was a small delay with delivery (it took about 10 days instead of 7), but the car came exactly as listed. I was nervous about paying upfront but I spoke to them on the phone several times and they sounded genuine, answered every question patiently. The payment goes into a segregated account, so they don’t actually receive it until you confirm delivery. That part reassured me.

Hi all, I actually purchased a Nissan X-Trail Tekna from Glenside Logistics in November. It was a repo, but the car was immaculate. They gave me ten days to check everything once it arrived, so I took it to my local dealership in Nottingham. My mechanic said the car was in excellent condition no warning lights, no hidden issues. I rang Glenside Logistics the next day to confirm I was keeping it. Can’t fault them at all.
-
I looked them up on Google and there are actually quite a few positive reviews about Glenside Logistics, mainly for their transport and haulage work. They appear to be a reputable company established in 2010 with trucks and drivers, not some pop-up website. Still, if you can view the car, that’s always the safest route.

Hi everyone, I hope this message finds everyone well. I'm curious if anyone here has had any experience with Glenside Logistics located in Belfast. I spotted a Volkswagen T-roc on eBay at a price that honestly seems too good to be true. They said it is a repo car from a finance recovery auction, which explains the discount, but they’re asking for payment upfront. They claim to use a segregated business company bank account it all sounds reasonable, but I’d rather check if anyone’s actually bought through them before. Cheers, Rob

Are Kia Assured features obligatory for dealerships?
CodeCabbie replied to Mezuzzi's topic in General
They stated that I do not own a £250 voucher for my initial insurance claim; nonetheless, I received an email from Kia confirming that I am entitled to this benefit and should not overlook it. Do not be concerned about that. That is only obtainable through the third-party insurance company, not Kia. In the event of an accident, simply contact your insurance company. Utilising the third-party option will elevate your insurance company's excess, which is the whole purpose of the £250 coupon. The Kia Excess Return Voucher and Kia Accident Aftercare are offered by Car Care Plan Limited. -

No, my automobile was merely five months old at the time of purchase, thus there was no necessity for either. -
Thank you for your prompt response. Did you obtain a recent MOT and service at the time of acquisition?

The only consideration is the warranty; you receive the remaining duration, which in my case was 6 years and 6 months, as opposed to a fresh 7-year warranty with approval. I received the surplus voucher via email. -

Despite their assertions that I could not obtain insurance, I successfully acquired it for my Sorento, which was "guaranteed" due to my statement of this: -
Greetings, I acquired a Kia Assured vehicle from a "Kia approved" franchise outlet in London. The vehicle was listed as "Kia Assured" on the official Kia website. It is my understanding that all Kia Assured vehicles are entitled to identical perks. The dealership informed me that they do not offer "driveaway insurance," necessitating payment for coverage on the day I got the vehicle. Is that typical? Is the franchise permitted to eliminate some advantages from the Kia Assured list? They stated that I do not own the £250 voucher for my initial insurance claim; nonetheless, I obtained an email from Kia confirming that I am entitled to this advantage and should not overlook it. Ultimately, when purchasing the vehicle, the dealer informed me that they had conducted a recent MOT and servicing. However, they did not comply, prompting me to request their immediate action. Is it customary to exhibit such poor transparency and perhaps dishonesty regarding MOT and servicing? Thank you.

I have shaken the steering wheel with the engine off, and there is a knocking noise. Could you kindly direct me to the appropriate part?
-
It is likely the thrust piece; the 4 series includes racks with an available thrust piece repair kit, as I have replaced several. With the engine off, oscillate the steering wheel laterally and observe for any noise emanating from the rack.
-
I possess a 67-plate 430d, and while manoeuvring slowly and turning, I hear a knocking noise that appears to originate from the driver's side. The steering is smooth, and there is no noise when the wheel is turned in place, but only while turning when moving slowly. I am removing the tray to inspect the suspension components in case it is an arm or similar part. Can anyone provide guidance or identify the issue based on my description, specifically about if it is likely a bearing problem? I have read that some automobiles may lack a repair kit due to varying steering racks installed. Could someone inform me about the specific steering rack I possess and whether a repair kit is available?
